Every job we perform there is a supervisor in charge of the project and given detail instructions what needs to be completed at the locationWe follow all processes that are required such as permits, proper install per manufacturer, we carry all required state documents, and most important we use quality productsWe are a smaller company we stay in tune with any issue that arise on a regular bases and handled in a timely fashionCustomer service is very important to us we live in many of the neighborhoods we perform many of our projects
Up until this being addressed to ***'s List and Revdex.com is the first we have heard of any problems what so everIf there was any issues pertaining to this project they would have be handled way before you having to address both organizations listed aboveAccording to all the info that has been brought to my attention we have completed everything 100% that was agreed upon by both parties for the dollar amount of $

The company contacted me and attempted to offer me money to remedy the unfinished work and remove my complaint with the Revdex.comI declined, and informed them that I would prefer to have another more reputable company complete their unfinished work, and ensure that other consumers are aware of my concerns
The response above clearly goes to show how knowledgeable this organization is, as they were unaware of this offer to finish the work that was not previously completed
I stand by my original assessment of this organizationIt is poorly run and poorly managed

The responsiveness of Titan Construction when faced with a factual yet negative review is astonishingThis could have been resolved months ago when I contacted them directly to resolve the issues in question
I do not believe them to be a terrible company overall, I simply know they did a terrible job in regards to my projectI am looking for the full replacement cost of the job as I *** need to have everything replaced in the springI have since contacted other roofing companies concerning this project and both have informed me that the job was incomplete and incorrectly doneI *** submit a picture during the next large Chicago snow to show you what the inside of my attic looks like (here is a hint...its covered in snow)

issuesWe met with the homeowner at their home to review in detail how we are going to correct the issueThe problem that caused the issue was a new product call smart vent which we are no longer usingRepair started today 11-6-where installing new vents for low profile roofs and also replaced there attic fanThis will resolve the issue at handOnce Titan Construction completes we will review with the customer to make sure they are satisfied with the results of their repair

BEWARE !!! Please look elsewhere if you want quality workmanship ! Titan does NOT stand behind its work!
Titan replaced our roof ( removed old shingles also) in 2008 and also a skylight . We contacted them in February 2016 because our skylight was leaking , we were still under a 10 year warranty for the skylight so they replaced it and we learned that the flashing was put on wrong that's why it was leaking and so that prompted Us To look in the attic and we found EXTENSIVE MOLD on half our roof , approximately 16 sheets of plywood . This may have been due to the leaking skylight according to the salesman AND/ OR poor ventilation .
The salesman told me they " are not ventilation or mold experts and when they put a roof on they just put it on like the other one was , they NEVER look at ventilation issues or NEVER look in the attic for existing mold or other issues , we received a quote for them to fix it by painting over the MOLD and adding mushroom vents , more soffit vents and baffles . That is so unbelievable , we could never sell our home in the future with such extensive MOLD !!!
The MOLD was so extensive that it looked like there was a fire , it was through 2 layers of a 3 layer plywood, how could you paint over that ????
We had a 7 year warranty on the roof and it was 10 months over . We had several other companies out to look and they all said that Titan should do the right thing and fix it the right way with no cost to is !! Well they DID NOT !!
The owner came over to look at the MOLD and stood in our home and said " Titan will be responsible for 90 % of the cost " only to hear from their lawyer about a week later , he called himself a " mediator" , well if a company has a lawyer on retainer they must have lots of problems!! We received a letter in the mail that that are not responsible !!!
We had to tear off a whole entire section of our roof , about 16-18 sheets of plywood and new shingles by another company for the cost of $2500 !!! I have pictures of the MOLD and it's terrible !! This has been in our home with our children exposed to this !! This is just terrible , this is not OUR fault that we have MOLD!!
PLEASE go with another company , they don't stand behind their work like they promise and they do a horrible job!!
