I knew the response would be soI was just hoping someone would have a conscious for building such a poorly constructed homeI fully believe in karmaI am just now complaint about these issues because it is stoping me from finishing my basement, and the mold is over coming my basementThese fixes are going to cost thousands of dollarsI am checking in to another general contractor and an lawyerThank you! This business does not return calls, and believe they are 100% in the rightMy neighbor is also unhappy, and I'm sure in time their will be plunty of unsatisified customers soon enough! I will never recommend this company and will always share my experiences with others!

*** *** did call on June 28, 2017. Informed her that our subcontractor we use for maintenance was going on vacation and would not be back until July 10, but thought he could at least call her before then. He did call her but there was no answer. Do have a not on the call record
that she was doing something another way.There is no other record of her calling after that until Wednesday, November 22, (she did email us on November 21, 2017) Bruce Lev did call her either November or 22. She called and left a message on November and wanting Bruce to call her back, which he did not because our office was closed for the holidays that the answering message clearly stated.Titan Construction, Incdoes not feel that she has a legitimate complaint due to the following reasons:1st: The home is over years old.2nd: The warranty from Titan Construction, Incis only for one years. Warranty from products - some may still have their warranty, but she must call the manufacturer. Titan Construction, Incdoes not handle warranties that are covered by the manufacturer.3rd: She has lived in the home since (years ago) - why is she just now complaining about the problems.4th: She is not the original owner. She does not mention any type of maintenance that has been done on the homeWas any done before she purchased the home from the original owners.5th: She mentioned about how awful different companies say it is to work with Titan Construction, Inc- Titan Construction, Inchas used the majority of their subs/companies for over years. She would have to give us the names of those whom she is suppose to be quoting for us to give a legitimate comment on those type of complaints
