Complaint*Paid 70% deposit of fireplace in July 2013*Went to pay the remainder of the fireplace as we were told they wouldn't put order through unless paid in full-done September 10, 2013*discovered a lot of the things told to us like the 2-4 weeks order time was irrelevant and was also informed the person I was in previous contact no longer worked there[redacted]sales manager said 6- 8 weeks for fireplace*then got a call from him to say the xtreme 6020 fireplace with beach sand which we paid for doesn't even come with the beach sand*because of all the delays we had asked for our vent kit right away so our exterior guys could finish on the outside properly*was told it should be here in a couple days on the courier from factory*never heard from them in weeks and everytime we called, no one knew anything about it*at the 8 week point we started calling and everytime they told us they would look into it and call back, not once did we get a callback. *we kept calling and last we were told it was done, built, and in winnipeg-that was over 3 weeks ago*we kept calling and last week [redacted] said it will be here friday-meaning nov. 22, 2013*called monday and the guy said he wasn't sure why we were told that*email on wednesday nov. 27 to say we need answers or would like our money back*they told us that its in winnipeg (still) and [redacted] so things should start rolling after that*to this day almost now 12 weeks we have NO fireplace or know when it will be installed, are holding up other trades on our house, as well as spending money for callbacks on others.....all while they have our fully paid deposit in the amount of $10818.50Product_Or_Service: Xtreme 6020beach sand-northwood birchOrder_Number: invoice 447Desired Settlement*We would like the fireplace that we purchased to be installed in our house ASAP or we would like our full refund back
