Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] The service were never rendered nor was a call made from Titan regarding the payment not being processedI made several attempts to contact [redacted] in accounting and left voicemails with no return callI had no choice but to have services conducted else where Today I had a call from Titan from a man name [redacted] who left his ####-###-#### ex [redacted] that I will give him a call tomorrowHowever, I am asking for the sample taken to be identified in writing as this was not the agreementI have had the data retrieved from my computer and will be picking up tomorrow to try to retrieve the initial agreement as the documentation that were sent to me by Titan's collection company were altered after being signedThis is considered to be fraud I will forward it to you once receivedPlease advise if this has to be mailed as I have not received a response that you are in receipt of the documentation I sent you via email attachmentI believe this misunderstanding to be between the serviced agreed to with [redacted] and the tech along with her leaving the company to confirm the agreed servicesIt is unfortunate but we should not have to pay for service not rendered and be put in to collections for the lack of customer service follow up by Titan My mother has stage lung cancer and is an elderly womanThis has been very upsetting to her as we have never not paid for a service renderedWith that being said we should not have to pay for a service never renderedOnce again the credit card information was given to the tech and it is not our fault that the digit # was not taken down by the techPlease advise what right Titan has to try to collect on a service not rendered when no calls or letters were ever sent or made to us in almost a year of inspection? I called the collection company and Titan in efforts to resolve this issues and in every case was talked to in a very deeming way with no explanation to how this was sent to collections or how the amount was calculatedI have to date only received alter documentation and different amounts presented to me on the due amountI have had to take time away from work to send letters and file complaintsI don't feel any obligation to pay for service not renderedNor would I send payment to company altering documentation after being signed
