Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Mr*** has responded, ONLY after the Revdex.com sent notice of case closure. We informed Mr*** in advance that each of our neighbors whose fence is common to ours, desired a separate invoice for their share of the fence as they wanted to pay directly to the business rather than pay monies to us. At that time he was given phone numbers and information to contact the neighbors. Mr*** is mistaken on the order of events surrounding the 28' section of fence. I explained the style of fence prior to MY tearing the fence down, and Mr*** did not see it until after it was removed, apparently not thinking it important enough to address ahead of time? Once torn down and Mr*** could see what he was dealing with, he decided it would be easier to put new posts in front of the cement foundation. What choice did I have at this point? I encouraged Mr*** to contact that neighbor several times before proceeding with that section, as it was my suspicion that she was not going to want to be looking at bare cement foundation and posts. He did not to my knowledge ever contact her. I am not changing my opinion of the shortcomings before mentioned regarding the unprofessional aspects of the work done. My complaint primarily was to point out the negative, profane and hostile manner in which Mr*** spoke to my wife regarding the payment he is seeking on separate occasions. It seems evident to me by his recent response that his response was not an effort to resolve any issues, rather a continuation of his hostile manner of attack. I have not trashed the name of Mr***, only sought information from my neighbors, both of whom we have a perfectly good relationship with, to see how they felt about his services. If Mr*** wants his name trashed he need only continue his current manner of communication to prompt me to want to trash it because of his demeanor. The issues aforementioned in my previous correspondence to the Revdex.com are the reasons we feel that no further monies are owed or should be paid to this business. Mr***'s business, other than a brief minute meeting with me on a Tuesday, were only days on the job, and not all full days as the first was setting the posts, Wednesday through Friday.Sincerely,*** ***

I am replying in regards to complaint #***, This is absolutely absurd, I did discuss a fence with mr***, on the 28' he mentioned, I also went over this with him personally, the old fence was build on a cement wall, the old exciting posts were a bad design, along with being too short to use
for the fence he was installing, I gave him my professional opinion that I would not re use them, and instead go in front of the wall, mr *** completely agreed with me, at which point, he himself removed all the old fence, and told me to proceed as discussed, I was only given the neighbors info when it came to collecting payment, at which point I did call, and for the first time became aware that there was a problem in any way, I also explained to mr *** that I had a contract with him, and not his neighbors, and was not interested in chasing my payment down from anyone else, as they did not owe me, also the entire time I was on the project, approx a week, from tear down, to setting new posts, to construction of new fence, I was in constant communication with the ***, and there was no problem whatsoever until they realized the neighbor would not pay me, also I was asked to add a kick plate under the fence, which out of a favor, I did for material cost alone, after talking to their neighbor, that I also worked for, they some how concluded they did not owe me, when in fact, we had a clear agreement of the deal before I added it, I also don't appreciate that they are going to my other customers and trying to trash me, both neighbors bordering mr *** communicated to me very strongly that they were dis pleased with them as neighbors and they were trouble
Mr *** is doing nothing more then trying to invent a excuse not to pay me the money he rightfully owes me, the fence is completely professional and completely to the contract in every way, and it absolutely infuriating to me that someone would not only try to get out the f paying me, but have the nerve to complain
