I learned this morning that this company had experienced some bad reviews yesterday so I am on here to share my experience and help set the record straight
I have been doing consistently good business with Titan Freeze since September 26, I have purchased and received a very nice L shaped Walk In Cooler last summer and am in the process of making another similar purchase for a different location Titan Freeze kept me informed throughout the process of my purchase all the way through the installation and even reached out to see if there was anything additional they could help with
Titan Freeze has shown themselves to be professional, courteous, and gave me exactly what I asked for and needed The reviews left are not at all what I experienced I have referred other store owners because I was so please with the whole experience I am able to communicate directly with the factory and no question goes unanswered
They have earned my business and you should allow them to earn yours as well
Please see the attached information and "evidence" that we are in fact a legitimate company and have provided the customer with the actual WO# which ls the job # given by the actual Manufacturer Anthony International for the Glass Door Order Referenced.This customer has berated and belittled
us to no avail but we are still doing our best to fulfill the contract we have with themWe do not always have control of the timing of others as we are the dealer and not the actual fabricator of the product, however we stand by the product and the company and are appalled at the behavior of this customerThey have done nothing short of harass everyone involved and to call us a "ghost company" is literally slanderous and we will seek liable damages to the full extent of the lawWe have had a D&B profile with Corporate Credit for several years and maintain an impeccable Merchant account as well as numerous reputable vendor accounts and countless happy customers that are happy to provide references! Please see the terms and conditions of the contract, which were provided months beforepurchase and acceptance We cannot, nor can anyone ever guarantee a ship date.Please call us with any questions, we would be happy to cooperate with you to resolve this issuein any capacity possible
