Titan spoke with Mrs [redacted] regarding her daughter’s unusual high bill.  We advised the customer to contact the Utility...

AEP regarding the usage amount listed on her bill which was over 4000 kwh for a one month period.  We explained that the Utility reads the meter that determines the amount of consumption and that a mistake can occur.   We spoke again with Mrs [redacted] today on April 25th.  Mrs [redacted] stated that the usage on her daughter’s previous bills had been incorrectly estimated and the large usage amount on her recent bill was invoiced to make up for the shortfall.  Mrs [redacted] stated the AEP had allowed her to set up a payment plan so she could gradually payoff the large amount due.  At that point, we asked Mrs [redacted] if she had an issue with Titan and she stated that she did not.  We invited her to rejoin our program with a new low price and she declined saying she would have to talk it over with her husband before she make any further decisions regarding her electricity.
In summary, this complaint was due to the Utility’s misjudging usage resulting in the high bill.  Titan had no control over the amount of consumption billed but was initially blamed.  The customer stated she had no further issue with Titan.  At this time, Titan considers this matter resolved.

Re: Complaint ID: [redacted] Dear Mr. [redacted]:  11px; font-family: Verdana;">I am writing in reply to the complaint that you filed with the Revdex.com (“Revdex.com”) dated November 16, 2015. Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback to Credit Recovery Associates (“CRA”). At CRA we value our customer experience and always welcome any questions or concerns. In your complaint, you stated that CRA has reported a tradeline to a credit bureau for an account that was discharged in bankruptcy. After a review of your information, CRA has deleted the tradeline. Please allow 2-4 weeks for this change to be reflected on your credit report. If you have further concerns, or would like to discuss this matter in more detail I encourage you to contact us directly at [redacted] or complaints@[redacted]. We are always willing to work with our customers to reach a resolution to their concerns or provide further clarification. Sincerely, [redacted] Regulatory and Consumer Relations Manager

February 26, 2015 Ms. [redacted]  11px; font-family: Verdana;">Revdex.com Via Electronic Upload Re: Complaint ID: [redacted] Dear Ms. [redacted]: Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the complaint you filed with the Revdex.com on February 16, 2015 against Credit Recovery Associates, Inc. (“CRA”). CRA is receipt of your debt validation request, and on February 20th, 2015 all pertaining documents were sent to the address provided. We thank you for your business and for reaching out to us with your concerns. Sincerely, [redacted] Regulatory and Consumer Relations Manager Credit Recovery Associates, Inc.

I had a charged off account with [redacted] and it is now with [redacted] collection agency. I am making arrangements with the collection agency to settle the account. Credit Recovery Associates is reporting the same information on my credit report and said that they are affiliated with [redacted]. That means that they are reporting the same account multiple times which is illegal. When contacting Credit Recovery Associates, their supervisor [redacted], lied to me and told me to fax a letter to them regarding this matter and she will have it removed. After doing so, she said that that's not what she said and the manager got on the phone and was very rude. I am going to sue Credit Recovery Associates for reporting my account multiple times illegally. This is a very poor business!!

Please please please do not use this company in my opinion she is very unprofessional. The sales logs were incomplete and illegible.
