Titan General Contracting

I am a realtor and have used Titan for numerous jobs over the past few years and have always been extremely satisfied with their work. I am very particular as to who I recommend to clients as my reputation is at stake and Scott and his crew have always done a great job. They communicate, stand behind their work and are very fair when it comes to pricing. They have done painting, drywall, tiling, granite counters, refinished cabinets, plumbing, electrical, popcorn ceiling removal and updated bathrooms as well. I highly recommend them.

We moved into an existing home in June and used Scott F[redacted] and his company Titan Contracting for interior painting, tiling, bathroom remodeling, granite countertops, crown moulding, carpeting, and electrical work. We also had them mount heavy tv's and heavy artwork. Scott and his crew were professional, courteous and did the job right. They worked within our schedule and if something wasn't right, they fixed it. Scott is hands-on and does a lot of the work himself so he was on-site a lot. As with all projects of this nature, issues arise and Scott and his team were right on top of things.

Titan General Contractors just finished a long list of updates for my father's mobile home and we could not be more pleased with the results. The cost estimates were on point, and the job completion milestones were achieved exactly as promised. I am not local to AZ, so the Titan GC admin staff provided regular communication of the job status and included pictures for my review. I HIGHLY recommend them. They delivered on quality, cost, and completion time!

I needed repairs done to my home in Gilbert, Arizona. My realtor recommended Titan and I couldn't be more pleased. We had a deadline to make repairs requested by the buyer based on the inspection report, including roofing, plumbing, window, and electrical issues. Scott from Titan completed all repairs in a professional manner two days prior to closing. I have already recommended Titan to others who may need any type of repairs.

Scott and Talhia are extremely responsive and professional. My clients have had great results with Titan. I highly recommend them to all of my fellow insurance agents.

In August 2015, Titan General Contracting prepped and painted the exterior of my home.

Titan also painted my outdoor utility storage unit to match at my request. Titan General also, removed all exterior light fixtures and replaced with new updated lighting fixtures.

Titan General also removed old wood back yard gate and had custom gate with Peoria's codes for home with pool, installed with special locking as I requested.

Interior closets shelving were removed and walls were cleaned and patched and repainted before new shelving and rods were installed. Everything was cleaned and all

old debris was removed from property.

New Patio Cover is in the works, as well as new rain gutters being installed.
