I signed up with Power properties in July to rent out my homeThe realtor I signed up with was great I have a problem with the communication (or lack there of) with the property manager and his assistant In September they approved a tenant, they were going to pay $to allow a dog and a cat to live on the propertyI received an email a week or so later asking if the tenants no longer had pets could they go back to the $rateI said yes, On October 20, I finally received payment for Octobers rent, I was not advised how long it would take to get payment The realtor I dealt with when I signed up said $would be deducted from the first months rent as a "trust account"So when I received payment of $I assumed there were no pets as this amount would make sense at the $rent amount My friend who lived by me let me know that there was a dog living there, I contacted the property manager quite upset as I was advised they would be paying $and have no pets the property manager told me they were aware there was a dog and that the tenants were actually paying $When I questioned why my payment was $less than it should be they told me the withheld $for the blind repair a bill I already submitted payment forI was in contact with the property manager several times before this about bill payments and not once did he mention that the bills automatically come off my payment This company lacks communication with their clients Had they told me from the beginning that bills would be automatically deducted from my rent payment, and had they communicated that the tenant would have animals and was paying the extra $from the beginning, then maybe I would continue business with them however once my lease is over I will not renew
