It is very difficult to find a quality roofer This competitive field can be further exasperated due to each of us only being a "customer" to these companies essentially one time My fiancé and I were referred to Titan It has been a very poor experience led by no call backs, difficulty with quoting, missed schedules, incomplete work, and incompetent work crews to name just a few items of our frustration I will summarize our experience with an Unedited email my fiancé and I sent with some open issues after installation and subsequent email reply from Titan President [redacted] We will let the reader be the judge of how this company treats "customers" Good morning ***, Unfortunately I have more disappointing news that [redacted] and I were made aware of over the weekend The good news is the power issue in the garage was a fuse Bad news is your crew lied to [redacted] and said they did not use the powerI realize you have roofer issues ***, but I'm sure you would agree this is extremely unprofessional [redacted] is very upset by this - Not only did the crew use our power and blow a fuse but they then went to the neighbor and used their garage outlet and blew their fuse Sadly the problem with this, aside from doing this with out asking permission, is that she has a freezer in the garage full of meat that is now spoiled They came to us this weekend very upsetWe have told them to give us the total cost and we will reimburse them We will then subsequently deduct this total from our balance with you -The Dish that we told [redacted] NOT to re-install was actually re-installed We now need to leave it there as we have holes in the roof we did not want Summary of open action items- Install Vent - [redacted] Get Food loss cost - [redacted] Thanks [redacted] & [redacted] Hi ***, I don’t have roofer issues more like impatient homeowner issuesAll of the procrastinators and people who want me to pay for there roof out of my pocket are now what is left in this stormUnprofessional you say? That maybe true, the guys are hard working laborers and a little rough around the edges They do what it takes to get the job done working from sun up to sun down and they do a good job at it It is unfortunate that the meat was spoiled and that they work very hard for there money and probably made less then the homeowner, to have to pay for someones meat now too well it is what it is The satellite issue will be addressed as well That is on the contract I do not see anything on the contract that states Titan will be installing a vent, It was not approved by meIf [redacted] wants to honor that, it is up to himI cannot really pay for hearsay Titan has went above and beyond to meet your needs, I assume you will have pictures of spoiled meat as well as receipts so that I may present to my guys I am pretty sure that the roof was approved because of [redacted] also a licensed adjuster and his experience is what enabled you and [redacted] to get a new roofHe stated that there was no hail damage on the roof only minor wind damage I will now struggle with your insurance carrier to turn a profit on this job as I have invested more then the contract is without supplements If I sound a little irritated it is because I am, I put you in front of a lot of roofs and I haven’t once heard a thank you If [redacted] has not picked up the first check let him know when it is available please, it is suppose to be paid upon delivery of materials Thank you, [redacted] President Titan Group LLC XXX-XXX-XXXX XXX-XX-TITAN [redacted] @gmail.com www.CallTitanGroup.com

Titan Group replaced our roof and some damaged siding on our home and we couldn't be happier with the results! Everything turned out perfect and working with Joe made it very easy! Thanks Titan Group!

I have worked with many contractors over the years and Joe from Titan Group LLC is at the top of my list. The excellent service, quality of product recommendations, workmanship and professional follow up are hard to find. Joe worked very hard to make sure the insurance company understood the necessity of a high quality job and made sure no corners were cut. Simple put with Titan Group the job MUST be done correctly.
