AWESOME SERVICE. Warren Keys made sure we were well taken care of. Our home appraisal went up 60k. Thank you.

would not recommend. they did the job and everything seemed ok but we then started to see our ceiling look like it was bubbling up, so we called them and they sent out 2 people to check the problem. They inspected it and said it was a fake chimmney that was leaking that my house had( none of their repair guys went into the attic to check the leak). Got the chimmney calked and sealed right but my ceiling got worse.I had to hire another person to go inside the attic and he found out that they had not connected the pipe coming from my heater to the roof the right way and it was creating condensation. I called to let them know and they did not return call. A year later I call back about another leak and they send out another repair guy. The 3rd repair guy checks everything and tells me that it was their fault and that he was going to talk to them. ( repair guy has over 25 years experience). I get a call from the manager and he tells me that they can only fix the pipe that I had already replaced because they would not take responsibility for and to top it off he wanted to negotiate to his favor. I strongly believe that as a buisness you are truthful and you go 100% to help out the customer and I don't feel I got that.

Mr., Titan completed your roof on 09/25/18. On 12/25/19, you spoke to your sales rep and told him you had a leak in your ceiling, and were advised by your sales rep that the leak was coming from a rusty metal chimney that was not covered by your insurance claim, and that you chose not to pay out of pocket to fix during your restoration.
On 01/09/20, I had a repairman inspect the leak at your residence, and he also said that the leak was coming from the metal chimney. After his inspection, I provided you with an estimate for repairs, but you never responded to me in order to have the work completed. Two days later, we received a signed Certificate of Completion, stating that all repairs and restoration had been completed to your satisfaction.
Approximately one month ago, you went on Google Reviews and complained about the leak you initially experienced. I again tried to explain to you that the leak wasn’t being caused by our workmanship, but from the chimney that was rusty and faulty. I invited you to reach out to me personally to discuss the issue and you did.
On 06/10/20, you called and spoke with me about a new leak you were experiencing. During that conversation, you advised that you hired someone to remove the metal chimney and replace it with a pipe, but you felt that the leak was coming from a new area. On 06/12/20, I had a repairman come out and inspect the leak. Despite what you state, our repairman stated that the leak was coming from the same area and it wasn’t from any work that we performed during the restoration.
Even though the leak was coming from an area we didn’t work on, and the Workmanship Warranty we provided doesn’t cover work performed by other companies, I told you I would fix the leaking pipe for you free of charge. I explained to you that even though I felt it wasn’t our fault, I would fix the pipe, but would not fix the interior as it continued to leak after you had someone else work on it as well. You became increasingly belligerent and hostile during our conversation and stated that, “You don’t get to make the deals, I do.” You even threatened to create more bad reviews for us, and the conversation was ended soon after.
As a business, we are extremely committed to our workmanship and integrity, and go the extra mile to ensure the customer is taken care of. We are happy to assist a customer, but are not going to stand by idly and allow a customer to threaten and try to extort us for free services.

My husband and I had extensive hail damage to our roof and siding. A family friend recommended Titan to us. The process with the company from start to finish was seamless. The project manager Alex that handled our service was excellent. He handled all the details with the insurance company. He is professional and stayed in contact with my husband throughout the process. He was also present during both processes of siding and roofing. After each job was complete Alex did a walk around with us to make make sure we were happy with the work.
There were two separate crews that came to work on the house. One for siding and one for the roof. Both worked diligently and swiftly. The siding crew was exceptional. The man in charge was friendly, professional, and extremely accommodating. The wrapping they did by our windows is amazing. Quality work.
Although I never spoke to the head of Titan Joe Savalla, my husband did. Like Alex, Joe is professional. He called my husband often to check in with him. He also made sure we were satisfied with the work and service we received.
The house turned out way better than expected. It is a difference between night and day. If given the chance I would definitely recommend this company.

I have used other General Contractors in the past, and can honestly say that Titan Exteriors went above and beyond my expectations with their professionalism and customer service. If you want to hire a group of people that will do exceptional work, look no further than Titan Exteriors. From start to finish, a top notch experience. Thank You again Titan!!! .

we got the roof on the house and garage re-roofed in July of 2018. the windows were to be re wrapped also. For the most part it was a pretty good job on the roofs. they didn't start on the window wraps until November of 2018 They came without notice on a Saturday while we were gone for the day. when we arrived home it was already dark and there were to guys working on the window wraps in the dark using their cell phones as flash lights and that was the only lights they had. it was a cold wet freezing rainy day. (Saturday after Thanksgiving) My husband told them to leave and come back during the day light hours but notify us first. they came back during the day while we were at work and we had not been notified. they has removed an second floor window wrap and left the wood exposed. . we repeatedly called and left a complained on the voice mail as no one would answer their phones. Finally in the spring of 2019 got them lined up to finish the window wraps. Their finished work was horrible. The caulk had gaps not a constant bead, Some of the wraps were not even caulked. They had caulk on the siding and wiped it off with some type of oily rag that they left behind. They came for final payment and refused to pay for such horrible work on the window wraps. Finally got them to take some $$ off the bill and told them we would do it ourselves. Well today my husband went to do one of the windows and found they put another wrap over the 1st wrap that was to be removed and then replaced. So with that said we will never recommenced this company.

If you're looking for communication, professionalism, and great workmanship, look no further than Titan Exteriors. I have dealt with other contractors through the years, and I wouldn't work with anyone else but Titan. From start to finish, they kept me updated and my house has never looked better. Alex my sales representative and Steve the Managing Director were a pleasure to work with. Thank You Titan for making this a pleasurable experience and for my beautiful new roof.

Nothing, but issues. Would not recommend anyone to use this company. Initially they had my husband sign some statements (lied about what they were having him sign, so we couldn’t even get estimates from others). From their they stated we HAD to give them our estimate from the insurance company because “that’s how it works, and that’s how they know what to charge us.” Yeah no, it definitely is NOT how it works. The attitude Adam had towards me and the how situation was absurd. They said if we were going to back out, due to my husband signing those papers that in fact, we would have to pay a penalty. Eventually my husband decided to just give the documentation to them even though I didn’t want to. The work that was done was decent, but they did leave the gutters off during a rain storm, which caused our basement to leak. They just kept pushing the finish date off. Adam had set up 2 different days and times to do a walk through with my husband for our approval... he did not show up to either one. Months go by, and we don’t hear from them. (We have never had any work like this done since we are still new homeowners, and you would think that a company would want to contact you to get paid..) Finally at the beginning of November, Steve contacted us regarding the supplement (which we learned is the roof, and even though our insurance had told them that they would not pay for new gutters, they did it anyways). Then Steve starts to pull the same crap as Adam and states he must have the final statement from our insurance to know how much to charge us (yet again!!! Not how businesses work!) at this point, I am just over dealing with them so I do give it to him, and also mention that their numbers don’t line up for the contacted amount. He comes up with some excuse, and I seriously just wanted this all to be done and over with it. I mention to Steve how we still needed to do a final walk through because there is an issue with the softet (under part of the second story) because it looks like they cracked it when they were ripping up shingles. Steve stated he would contact Adam so they could get that taken care of... never heard anything else. Then Adam decides to break the law today and go onto my property WITHOUT our permission!! My mom went to let my dogs out, and saw someone peeking over our back yard when she was driving by... then she sees him open our gate and go into our back yard! Who in their right mind thinks that is okay?! My Mom calls me to verify if I know someone is there and I say no! She approaches him with me on the phone and I ask what he is doing on my property without permission. He stated that he called my husband (he was at work and didn’t answer! Does not give you permission!) Then he accuses US of withholding money from him?!?!? Like excuse me?! You guys didn’t contact us for *** near 5 months and then want to accuse us of not paying. Supposed to have a meeting with him next Thursday, and told he better not come on my property again without permission or the police would be called.

We signed a contract for roof replacement and partial siding replacement, due to storm damage, on August 5, and made a down payment of over $400. Work was promised to be completed before the end of October at the latest. On August 28 we were told "On track to build the roof middle of September, maybe sooner." On September 5 we were told "Current build schedule should have us putting roof on by end of September." Week of October 30 we were told work would start on Nov 2. Materials were delivered that week and have been sitting in our driveway. Nov 2 we were told work would start Monday Nov 6. On making inquiry when the workers did not show up, we were told there was a problem with their truck and it would start Yesterday or today. Yesterday, after I sent two email messages and one text message (the company representative never answers the phone and his voice mailbox is always full) and filed a complaint on the company's main Web site saying they must get in touch with me with a firm commitment or I would cancel the contract and take other actions, the company representative sent a message saying "Roof build is set for tomorrow, Wednesday, 11/8." No workers have shown up. For most of a week now we have had to get around the pallets of materials in our driveway, have had to take breakables off shelves and walls, moved outside furniture, and have had to get cars out of the garage and driveway early each day in expectation of the work being initiated. We are now getting into cold weather and the work is supposed to include not only the roof but also siding, all of which was supposed to be complete by now; as to the siding, which we can't even get any new hollow promises as to when it will be started. If the work is not completed promptly now it may be too late for this year at all.

Titan Group Response

I am very sorry for all of the delay. The recent storm season was extremely active. We try to meet all of our customers expectations and usually are very successful at doing so. As long as the weather cooperates. I understand your frustrations. The lack of communication is the one thing we can control, unlike the weather. I really apologize and hope you enjoy your new roof. If there is anything else you need, please contact the office and request my cell.

Again I apologize and hope you understand.
