[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The business response takes absolutely NO ownership for the mentioned issues There's no remorse or empathy in the least, for our problems with the project supervisor His response stated that the contract deadline is months, but in deciding to use this builder, we were (verbally) told that our home would be complete in months at the latest He also brought up the fact that we had a bad winter this year Although I can not disagree, the "hold-ups" with our building were NEVER due to the weather As I stated in my initial complaint, as the owner, we immediately cleared the property so that it was accessible after EVERY snow storm or fall Then the house would sit with no work performed for days and sometimes weeks Our main issue has always been in dealing with the project supervisor He's not been attentive, professional, or even competent in setting up typical requirements as a foreman He'd place blame on certain sub-contractors for any hold-ups, and when we'd follow up with those sub-contractors, we were told that they were just recently scheduled to come to the site One sub-contractor told us that they were ready to start weeks prior Between each phase, the cleanliness of our home was left a mess As the foreman, he should've been on site to oversee clean up and maintenance, but he wasn't Several times, we had to go pick up food and drink containers and cigarette butts off of the floors and within the ductwork so that the next phase of sub contractors were able to perform their duties As I stated initially, our painter contacted us in disgust with the way the home was unkempt He said he hasn't worked with a builder with such low standards since the 1990's He took pictures of his own, and has also volunteered to give a written statement as to his findings when he came to complete our touch ups When I initially contacted Revdex.com, my request was for this foreman to be removed and replaced by someone else for the completion of our home build, and for acknowledgement by the company owner that our upset in our dealings with the foreman are understood Neither of those have happened And in fact, his response shows us that he does not feel remorse what so ever They haven't gotten another person to complete the project and in fact they have sent the foreman out more now than he's been on site in the last months Regards, [redacted] And [redacted] ***

The home listed on complaint ID [redacted] was built to code in The original owners, **& *** [redacted] had a one year (non transferable) warranty and there were no repairs calls during their possession of the homeA complete home inspection should have been performed prior to ** [redacted] purchasing this homeSincerely,JScott B [redacted]

The customer received their Certificate of Occupancy on May 9, 2014, which is well within the time of the contract They have a beautiful, well constructed home that was spotless at the time they took possession

As stated in each of my responses regarding this complaint, the home located at [redacted] in [redacted] was built to code and passed all required inspections in The non transferable warranty to the original home owners expired July 27, ** [redacted] purchased this home as a foreclosure years after it was completed Due to the elapsed time and sale of the house, this home is not under warranty.This will be our final reply to this complaint.Sincerely,JScott B [redacted]
