Very unprofessional and disorganizedFirst, when I moved into my home in February the only documentation I received from Titan is a welcome laterThen in July I received a notice that I am past due on my HOA fees for the quarterAs a result, I called to get an extension to when I got paid since I did not plan for thisThey agreed and said that was acceptable and gave me information to pay onlineWhen I went make the payment online I found out that I needed more information than I wrote down to ensure paymentI called and left a very detailed voicemail asking for all the information needed to make the payment and nobody called me back Following this attempt to get the information to pay the account, I received a late fee and warning to place lien on my house.This is where they showed their true unprofessional-ism and lack of careI called a plethora of times and left multiple voicemails voicing my concerns and nobody called me backFinally, I was able to talk to MrsD [redacted] who is in charged of my communityI explained the whole conundrum and how unethical it to hold me responsible for something I cannot controlShe stated that I would have to talk to the board and accounting department to wave the late feeShe then proceeded to tell me that is was out of her control and she would help if she couldAfter leaving numerous voicemail with the accounting departmentI finally got through on a phone call and they let me know that it was in fact MrsD [redacted] who is in charge of waving the fee I was undoubtedly mislead and lied to This company has displayed the the worst customer service I've every experienced and what is worse, is they truly do not careThey do not take any ownership in their mistakes and twist everything to make it the homeowners faultI have received no apologies for their mistakes, but certainly have receoived a late fee I cannot wait until the vote comes in our community to get rid of this company like all the other do when they have the chance

This company is horribleThey will charge a $transfer fee when you want to sell your home$for something as simple as a few keystrokes changing an owner name and address in their systemI had no idea about this fee as I did not sign the management agreement, (our HOA board signed) and this was not in our Association Bylaws or Agreements

This company is horrible. They will charge a $200 transfer fee when you want to sell your home. $200 for something as simple as a few keystrokes changing an owner name and address in their system. I had no idea about this fee as I did not sign the management agreement, (our HOA board signed) and this was not in our Association Bylaws or Agreements.

They are not professional at all. They don't help at all.
