*** TOLD HER WE DIDNT GET IT AND ADVISED HER TO CALL BCBS FOR COPY OF FRONT AND BACK OF CHECK AND FORWARD TO US. ON 1/15/15, WE RECEIVED A FAXED COPY OF THE CHECK, BUT IT DID NOT HAVE OUR ENDORSEMENT ON IT, WHICH MEANS THAT SOMEONE ELSE, LIKELY THE PATIENT, CASHED OR DEPOSITED THE CHECK AND WE DID NOT RECEIVE IT SPOKE TO PATIENT ON 1/27/15, AND SHE STATED THAT SHE MAILED A PERSONAL CHECK ON 1/17/15. AT THIS POINT, THE CHECK HAD NOT BEEN POSTED TO HER ACCOUNT, BUT THAT IS DUE TO BEING IN PROCESS AT OUR COMPANY. I was in pain for years and constantly taking prescription medicationMy doctor gave me a Titan Medical TENS UNITIt worked great! I have been using it for the last six months and no longer need to take prescription pain killersI get my electrodes in the mail every month so I can continue to run my unit and it is so convenientEveryone at Titian Medical is so helpful and friendlyTHANK YOU TITAN MEDICAL!!!!!!

Review: I sent a check from my insurance company to them to pay my bill and the check was never posted to my account. I am still getting billed from Titan Medical 4 months later. My insurance company confirmed that the check was cashed and I am afraid they will be turning over my information to the credit agency.Desired Settlement: I would like them to post the amount paid to my account so that I will not get reported to the credit agency. I should not have a bill with them anymore.
