ON 1/15/15, WE RECEIVED A FAXED COPY OF THE CHECK, BUT IT DID NOT HAVE OUR ENDORSEMENT ON IT, WHICH MEANS THAT SOMEONE ELSE, LIKELY THE PATIENT, CASHED OR DEPOSITED THE CHECK AND WE DID NOT RECEIVE IT SPOKE TO PATIENT ON 1/27/15, AND SHE STATED THAT SHE MAILED A PERSONAL CHECK ON 1/17/15. AT THIS POINT, THE CHECK HAD NOT BEEN POSTED TO HER ACCOUNT, BUT THAT IS DUE TO BEING IN PROCESS AT OUR COMPANY. Review: I sent a check from my insurance company to them to pay my bill and the check was never posted to my account. I am still getting billed from Titan Medical 4 months later. My insurance company confirmed that the check was cashed and I am afraid they will be turning over my information to the credit agency.Desired Settlement: I would like them to post the amount paid to my account so that I will not get reported to the credit agency. I should not have a bill with them anymore.
