Titan Plumbing and Drain Service replaced a hot water heater for me on December 27th They were very helpful from the woman who took my initial call to the guys that actually installed the heaterThey had someone out within 1/hour to assess the situation and completed the job the next day.They called to let me know they had secured the parts and then to let me know they were on their wayBob [redacted] was the installer along with his coworker MikeBoth were great to deal with and Bob explained what needed to be done and gave me an accurate quoteThey completed the job ahead of schedule and did not leave any mess behindI would recommend Titan and would use them again

John was prompt, friendly and very competent He covered all the options and was fair and upfront about costs We had a burst washer hose that flooded our washing room and basement He fixed it quite handily and in a professional manner He tagged the Main, gas valves and was thorough on his write up of the problem he solved Great technician and experience

My experience with titan plumbing was exceptionally satisfying.

I would never recommend Titan Plumbing to anyone There were men who installed my new water heater One was a supervisor He was a complete jerk to his employee the whole time they were here And when they were finally done they turned the water back on and they had left the kitchen sink on full blast So when the air came through it blew something out in the sink and it lost pressure First the supervisor tried to tell me there was nothing wrong Then when they did a test it proved it was indeed broke They promised to fix it and now weeks later still nothing Never again
