First and worst company that I have ever rented from ! They rent to gang members that tried to jump me when I told them to leave at 3 in the morning because they were sitting on my car. And when I complained to Titan they said I have to contact the gate people to get a new gate lock !? Isn't that their job ?! And they didn't mention anything about telling the neighbors anything ! Keep in mind that I was 4 months pregnant at the time and they didn't even give a care in the world. They also let these gang member neighbors we had ,house like 10 people at a time ! Absolutely insane . I understand they don't have housing in the best area but at least do something about the people you rent to . The management team here is so pathetic ! cant say much about choosing them, but trust me and don't give yourself the headache.
