The problem stems from the fact that Sold4U did not know how to lower the mower deck to a level even though instructions were clearly marked on the mower. As a result, they downgraded the mower to as being defective. Then to make matters worse, they added "mower needs work" which implies it could need major repairs. They acknowledged there was considerable interest but the added description turned potential bidders off. Again, there were no issues with this mower as they stated.John Deere mowers generally sell at a premium price. A survey of Craig's list shows a value of the same model mower to be $to $1400. Being that this mower was in above average condition with a bagger, I anticipated a much higher selling price. Sold4Uauctions corrected the posting after my insistence at the 11th hour of the auction but the damage was done. Attached please find photos of my mower including the control that Sold4you did not know how to operate

It is our policy that the seller state any issues with the item at the time of consignment. Said customer did not state there were issues with lawn mower. We found out the issue and stated the truth. Said seller was also informed of our "RESERVE PRICING" Policy. He had the option. We run an auction,...

everything is auctioned. He could have put his mower on Craigslist for free.

If you have a choice, do not use Titan Restoration for any repairs on your home. They were recommended by my insurance company and it has been a frustrating experience. I filed my insurance claim in December, and the repairs were finally finished the last week in July. When Titan began the repairs, they said the project would take 2 months. It took 6 months! The treatment of the mold was actually good. But then my kitchen sat torn apart for another 2 months with nothing being done. When they did finally start the rebuild, it was one thing wrong after another. First, the cabinets were measured wrong. So when they came to install them, they did not fit into the existing floor plan. They had to be torn out and reinstalled. This also caused the tile to have to be torn up and replaced to fit the new floorplan. The electric had to be redone several times due to various errors. I would take too long to list every little thing here that went wrong, but just in general, slow and shoddy work. I am now disputing several line items on the bill, as I was charged for things that needed to be corrected due to error, so I am crossing my fingers that I don't run into problems.

On Sept.5th 2013. My upstairs toilet was running over and began to leak from my the ceiling down stairs.Long story short my x startled freaking out and calls a plumber.[redacted] then calls demolition,[redacted] called. Titan Restoration .long story short the claim that was reported to my insurance company was false.And I did not want to hire any of them.unfortantly my X was also a policy holder so she comunnicated with a gentemem by th name of [redacted].As he says and I quote "Im Not In Contact Wih You"this is what he told me when I called him .Its now Nov.the 3rd and my house is still not

Finished.4 months it's been.The rep [redacted] that works for Titan told me it was my fault because I sent his crew home .Caution home owners.Dont allow these company's to use your good. Name and inconvienece to profit.This company charged my Insurance company 10,000..for materials that were. Never installed....
