We used Titan Restoration to fix our home in Gilbert, AZ when we had a leak They came out very quickly within an hour, looked at the damage, & set up fans & equipment to dry They also worked with my insurance to get the damaged carpet, paint, & drywall replaced I was very happy with how quickly they came to our home, the estimator communicated with us the whole time, returned our calls & worked well with our insurance to be sure everything that was ruined was covered I would recommend Titan & use them again if needed
I had Titan Restoration LLC from Mesa, AZ work on my home from a dishwasher water damage which damaged our entire kitchen island in September, We had a negative experience with this companyTommy, the Superintendent was not professional communicating with us during the whole processThey took our cabinet doors to match the island and they came back damagedHe acted like they did not do nothing wrong, but were able to fix them after our frustration and long delaysThe kitchen island was measured too short and had a gap of over an inch from the island and the floor tileLuckily, I had five extra tile squares for them to replace in order to have the gap smallerThey painted our entire kitchen with the wrong finist seemed like there was one thing after another going on with themThe communication was terrible with this companyI will not use or recommend Titan Restoration LLC ever again
If you have a choice, do not use Titan Restoration for any repairs on your homeThey were recommended by my insurance company and it has been a frustrating experienceI filed my insurance claim in December, and the repairs were finally finished the last week in JulyWhen Titan began the repairs, they said the project would take monthsIt took months! The treatment of the mold was actually goodBut then my kitchen sat torn apart for another months with nothing being doneWhen they did finally start the rebuild, it was one thing wrong after anotherFirst, the cabinets were measured wrongSo when they came to install them, they did not fit into the existing floor planThey had to be torn out and reinstalledThis also caused the tile to have to be torn up and replaced to fit the new floorplanThe electric had to be redone several times due to various errorsI would take too long to list every little thing here that went wrong, but just in general, slow and shoddy workI am now disputing several line items on the bill, as I was charged for things that needed to be corrected due to error, so I am crossing my fingers that I don't run into problems
