Titan Roofing & Construction terminated the agreed contract without honoring their promises to complete repairs of my fire-damaged home
On February 10, 2016, *** (NIC), Titan Roofing and Construction (TRC), and Ms*** *** (Homeowner of Fire-Damaged Home) entered into a contract whereby TRC agreed to complete descriptive repairs to my fire-damaged home In accordance to the well-defined guidelines drawn up in the contract by NIC, all damages incurred by the fire were covered and addressed for repairs and restoration including termed compensation and scope of work necessary to restore my home within a reasonable timeframe
From February to April 4, 2016, the necessary work was mismanaged by TRC resulting in poor workmanship as well as not being repaired in accordance with the contract guidelinesAlthough a partial payment in the amount of 16,was made to TRC on March 17,(based on our agreed payment schedule), I paid the aforementioned money to TRC in good
