Review: I hired titan roofing to replace my roof. Titan had to repair some things they screwed up and bent my new gutters. I was told it would be fixed. To date it has not. Titan will not return calls and the company that he contracted to do the gutters do not seem willing to come out. I have told him to find someone else to fix it and he doesn't do anything. I didn't receive all the downspouts either. I also have not received my warranty for my shingles and the shingles are not laying flatDesired Settlement: I would like my warranty, fix the shingles that have not laid flat, and fix the gutters and give me the down spouts that I paid for. It would be nice to have a little reimbursement for the hassle of having to deal with this company

The job was completed, but there are some items that need to be corrected. There is a gutter that is not draining right due to the fact that there is a large dip in the roof. The large dip in the roof has nothing to do with the work done by us. It is a structural item, but it is making the gutter not to be able to run correctly. We are going to add a downspout to the gutter to help. The shingles not laying flat is an issue with the manufacturer and they have been contacted to take a look at the problem. The warranty has been filed.We are working with the homeowner to wrap up the items, but it has taken longer than it should. We will have them corrected shortly.
