Review: [redacted] owns this company and he runs it.He came out to my house because we wanted to purchase a shelter.His advertisement on Televisionoffered a free home estimate.He couldn't give me credit because my creditis bad.I take care of my brother,he is autistic.So, Mr.[redacted] thought that he could get my autistic brother credit.Legally my brother is unfit to sign any legal documents.My brother is 50 and acts like he is 10.So, then Mr.[redacted] asked for a down payment while he works on getting mybrother credit.I gave him 400.00.Now when I call and ask for a refund he asked for more money but I couldn't do it.So, I ask for a refund becauseMy brother can't get credit.He told me to send a copy of the contract anda cancelation letter and it has been two weeks sent I sent the stuff that Mr.[redacted] requested and I still haven't got a refund.When I call the company a lady answers and she is very nasty.So I havestopped calling.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my 400.00
