Titan has not explained why all the [redacted] fees are in the billThey clsimed only the LCFR charges were to be charged on monthly bill [redacted] is currently charging aproximatly $in feesTheir had a sheet another customers bill as proof that only that fee would remain, which was couple.of dollarsAs far as misrepresentation, fraud and misleading, I stand by that and have proof in text messages to back it up
Titan continues to work with Mr*** to resolve his complaintCurrently we are working through optional Lease proposals to put customer into a new/different finance option As recent as Yesterday, together Mr*** and I have been in communication with his utility provider (***) to help him understand his bill *** explained to Mr*** recently that even when his solar system provides him all the power he need *** will continue to send him a bill for for between $25-$simply for the luxury of them being his service provider.I expect Mr*** will move forward with a different Lease finance option for his solar system in the coming days He did "specifically" tell me he will withdraw his complaint when resolution is complete

result of using more “total power” for the month compared to last year at the same time.We are in communication with Mr. [redacted] to obtain copy of utility bill and work out terms for switching to lease, pending credit check all should work out smoothly. Planned Course of action · Review system performance· Re-Educate breakdown of APS charges· Review switching from Loan Program to lease program. (Customer must pass credit)· Switch from loan to lease to Lease if applicable.
