we are sorry this customer had this experience, the situation has been under review and has been correctedwe hope to see you back to rectify the situationthank you for the feedback

This customer was sour with a bad attitude from the very beginning. I made it very clear that with a photo realistic dragon tattoo having as much detail as it does the sessions would have to be split into two for time and to prevent colors from bleeding together during the healing process. asked to reschedule the second session the customer tries contacting me outside of business hours and becomes irate when I didn't respond. I became ill and was incapable of doing any tattoo work for 3 days. All my clients were very supportive and had no issues postponing any appointments until I was well again. This particular customer became outraged at the idea, demanding a refund immediately and again becoming aggressive in tone while speaking to me. I explained that we do not offer any refunds under any circumstances because we are a cash business but I would gladly finish her tattoo and schedule an appointment at her next best convenience. That response did not satisfy her and she came into the shop to continue arguing with me. The shop was closed that day as I told her, I had swung by the shop only to collect some supplies to finish drawing some tattoo designs at home while I was resting. She comes into the shop yelling and irate saying how pissed she was that I was at the shop working and that I was trying hustle and swindle her (mind you I'm in sweatpants and slippers, half the shop lights are off along with the open signs, and my girlfriend is at the store next door buying me soup and sprite) I try to explain to her that we are in fact not open and I'm only stopping by for a min and that we can reschedule her tattoo but she won't get a refund. She continues to argue with me for 30 mins going in circle before finally leaving. At which she then gave us scathing reviews on many websites including yours unfortunately.

For this artist/[redacted] Shane to say that I was sour and had a bad attitude from the very beginning about this tattoo is false. If this was a true statement why would I have even bother to get the tattoo done or tried to make a follow up appointment, if I was truly sour and had a bad attitude from the beginning I would have not spent my money on the tattoo at that shop. As for the artist opinion to split the appointment into two sessions due “my skin” as Shane had informed me during my tattoo session even though I was under the impression the tattoo would be completed in 1 session. I currently have 8 tattoos not counting the non-finished one by this artist. One of my 8 tattoos is bigger and more detailed than the non-finished dragon tattoo and was done in one session and healed perfectly fine. Yes I did contact Shane outside business hours due to him giving me his personal contact number after the first cancelation and he told me to message him about another time to reschedule our appointment the artist never clarified a good time to contact him. I would not have had to contact Shane outside of business hours if he would have done my tattoo the day he scheduled and selected for me to come in to complete my tattoo. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment on Thursday October 29, 2015 at 5:00pm, Shane informed me that he had to reschedule our appointment due to the store extending their deal for 3x3 tattoo for $30.00. I became  a bit annoyed considering I have drove an hour to make my appointment on time and did not even receive a phone call or message to inform me that my appointment was cancel before having to drive out to Mesa.  Shane told me that he had a lot of people waiting to get tattooed and the most important thing was bring money into the shop. To me that comment made me feel very uncomfortable as a client because I already paid him in full for his services the day he finished my line work because he told me he needed full payment. For someone who had already paid for a full service and only received half to hear the most important thing is making money brought a bit of a concern. I contacted the shop the next day to try to speak to the owner to find out  the  artist Shane was in fact the [redacted] he told me he would complete my tattoo November 5,2015 at 6PM. On November 5, 2015 at 11:41am I received a text message from Shane informing me he had to once again cancel my appointment because he was on his way to urgent care at that moment because he was ill. Around 2:15pm my sister and I showed up to the shop to speak possibly with another artist about my tattoo. To our surprise Shane was in fact in the shop and told us he had been there for an hour and half and was just now waiting for his girlfriend to get him. We were not aware the shop was closed considering the door was unlocked and he said he was the only one not tattooing that day. Shane and I went back and further because I request a refund for the work that had not been finished.  I informed Shane I was not comfortable with him finishing my tattoo due to unprofessionalism that had been displayed and since the agreed amount for the finished tattoo color and all was $200.00 dollars I asked for half the cost back considering he only finished the line work of my tattoo. He became angry said no that he charges $100.00 an hour even though we had agreed on a base price of the piece therefore my tattoo had nothing to do with hourly prices. He began to swear and get upset because I was asking for half my money back since he only completed half the work. He then begin to try to make us feel sorry for him by telling us that two of his artist quit on him within that past week due to the special 3x3 tattoo. I did inform Shane that personal had nothing to do with my tattoo therefore it was not my concern. During this conversation when I brought up my first canceled appointment Shane informed me honestly he had completely forgot about my appointment due to him being busy. At this moment I became upset because I had already paid for a full service and he did not even make an appointment alarm or any notes to inform him that on October 29, 2015 he would have my appointment at 5:00pm. I felt like since I already paid the full amount and he couldn’t even remember an appointment he agreed to that my tattoo wasn’t a priority because he had already got the full amount for the tattoo.  I however did not give anyone scathing reviews. My younger sister did her own review in regard to her tattoo she got one from Shane a few days before me. She was unhappy with him as well due to her tattoo begin extremely faded for only having it a few weeks. I do not feel like it was inappropriate for me to ask for a partial refund back due to half the work not being completed.

These two workers here called me racist names and think it's okay to tease me or bully me online I have screen shots of everything. they are about 20 years older than I am and are saying some things that are very discriminating.
