Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:I feel this information to be false. I do not believe there are three Patrick's in the office. I believe there is one Patrick, and that he operates his business unethically. The sticker is attached to the window, and if the adhesive strip of tape across the top had come unstuck, both LaSalle and Titan Towing should honor that it is there, as it is indeed still attached to the weatherstripping and can be seen when inspected properly. It was placed in the middle of the back window for your convenience, as I was forward parked in a valid, unreserved parking space with permitted permission from LaSalle. It is a permit given by the apartment complex, as substandard as it may be, and the vehicle should be released, and owner compensated for time and effort it takes retrieve the vehicle.

Titan Towing, Inc. patrols LaSalle Apts. with the instruction to tow vehicles not displaying the proper permit or vehicles with permits that are not properly displayed.This vehicle has a permit that is barely visible and cannot be identified as a proper permit. Possession of a permit is not enough....

Each permit has instructions printed on it saying that the permit must be completely visible, especially at night. In the case of this Mazda, the permit is not attached to the window but is dangling into the interior of the vehicle. It has also been placed in the back window of an SUV where all rear windows are darkly tinted. I have never spoken to this vehicle owner, either by phone or in person. They have spoken to employees with no authority to release a vehicle without payment. So to say promises were made is false.Vehicle owners' were offered a reduced price, as well as an extended period without accrued storage. This offer is still an option if they wish to contact us. Regards, Patrick
