Had one of their driver literally run me over yesterday intentionally!! These guys are criminals who have made their living conducting unlawful tow operations in cahoots with HOAs they contract to.
Whoever owns this business has 5 hours to contact me and make respaorations to me and the family to illegally towed yesterday before I contact an attorney about your divers attempted murder and grand theft
This gentleman stood in front of a stopped tow truck, driver put it in reverse, man threw himself on the ground. Metro responded as well as EMT. Metro investigated found to be unwarranted as EMT concluded no injuries due to vehicle. This man has called our office, harassing our staff as well as attempting to extort as you see from the complaint above. We will not offer any resolution to this as we have done nothing wrong.
I'm sorry you consider calling to leave my information, so that this could be resolved, harassment. The person on the phone was extremely aggressive and verbally combative. Of course she asked what the call was regarding and once I told her she never let me speak after, just yelled at me and refused to take my info, twice. It's okay though, the attorney was able to find what we needed, thank you.
The whole experience was poor. My elderly sick parents had their car repaired and returned to their community and parked for them. They have a handicapped sign it just wasn't visible as it was moved when the car was repaired. A neighbor went outside to tell the tow driver, that the parking was legit and that she could show them the parking sign. He wouldn't even wait a minute. And towed the car. I called Titan and said" I am coming down to pick up my fathers car" she said she was open and to call before I get there. I was delayed and called about 45 minutes later and she said she was there. When I arrived the woman said I couldn't pick up the car as it wasn't titled to me. I had my parents drivers licenses and paperwork. I even questioned why she didn't tell me when I specifically said I was coming to pick my dads car up. Then they don't take credit card, cash only and they cant make change. I had to spend an additional 5 dollars because of their cash issues. Finally, I get home and the receipt I have is illegible. I have called and asked for them to fax a receipt. Every time I call she says the same thing......"we have a bad connection" I have called on cell and land lines. While she was saying "I cant understand you"....I asked a question and she answered it. So selective hearing and she told me if I want a receipt I need to drive down to get it!!!!! 60 miles round trip to get something they failed to provide in the first place. Refusing to fax....the whole thing is a joke. Greedy, nasty, lacking kindness and overall. The icing on the cake BTW....was when she had to go to the car to get the title...the handicapped parking permit was right with the registration. NASTY PEOPLE. They are requiring a star rating...I don't want to even give 1 as there is no decent part of the entire experience. So the 1 star they got from me was extorted
on the evening of December 20, at approximately 5:30pm at *** I was I was illegally towed from a handicapped space
On December 20, 2019 at approximately 5:30 pm my vehicle was illegally towed from a handicapped space at ***. I was conducting my business at the grocery store when I exited I noticed my vehicle was gone. Upon further investigation of what had happened two witness saw the tow truck take pictures of my vehicle when the witness noticed that he took a picture of my handicapped placard on the vehicle. The driver still towed the vehicle away. I notified 911 North Las Vegas Police Department of the incident. I also tried to contact the Titan Towing and could not get through the phone line due to pone mail box being full. I looked some website address and could not find one as it was unavailable webpage.Approximately 45 minutes later the tow truck returned with my vehicle. The driver said that when they got back to the storage yard they saw the placard and they were to return the vehicle to the location from where they took it from. When I saw it coming back into the lot at *** the driver explained that they had mistakenly taken the vehicle.

Crooks, Stealing Legally Parked Cars, in the middle of the night.
Myself and Several of our neighbors, have complaints in our community of this towing service 'cruising our community and literally stealing legally parked cars. My car is currently registered and parking is not assigned in our complex, but they keep stealing our cars and charging $500 to release. Video proof, this company is not doing things legally. They need to be dealt with! This can't be legal.
I would like a refund of $333.58 from this company for towing my legally parked car.
After reviewing Mr. M file, he was towed due to parking in front of the garage. He was warned prior to being towed that his community does not allow parking in front of the garage. Mr. M needs to comply with the community rules in regards to parking as well as his neighbors. As this was a tow per the community and VERY legal, we will not refund any amount of this tow and will do so again if he continues to break the rules.

Over $700 damages on a new suv ! Now have to sue these thugs and I mean thugs plus have to sue epic association for hiring these thugs ! Greedy money thieves ! Pray some day karma gets them all ! Vehicle was not unlawfully towed. Gentleman parked in the white striped area for van accessible handicapped parking spot. He was charged according to our tariff rates and at no time did anyone enter his car except to obtain his registration. Man became unreasonable and police had to be called. We do not receive nor pay kickbacks as that is unlawful. No refund will be given.

That is not true ! We parked in a white reasonable accommodations handicapped parking spot allowed by the board of directors and the federal ada laws it was a illegal tow plus damages to vehicle! They are wrong we have proof from board illegally towed plus sign does not say to be towed it says to be fined a big difference between a tow and a fine if that was the case their lies and if need be we can go to court civil suit and prove are case ok thanks kindly pictures do not say tow they say fined 250 not s tow job illegal tow job their lieing
Unfortunately we have had communication with this gentleman and are unable to explain to him that it was a legal tow. He will need to do whatever he needs to do on a legal level.

on July 5th 2019 between 11:00 and 12 pm at ***) A titan tow truck .. dragged my car off of the driveway of my friend's trailer home and towed it away as we where inside for a visit.(he did not call titan)My Friend Alfredo Najara had verbally instructed me to park in his driveway, because I had my 93 year old mother in law was with me. she can not walk. and when we came out to leave because she way sick. My Car gone! you could very obviously see the tire marks in the gravel of his driveway where the tow truck had dragged my car on to the street,(I have photos)no papers where left it was like they stole my car.
Illegal tow:
1.no signs in trailer park saying where it is illegal to park (IE. no Street parking, no visitors nothing!)
The only thing is the titan sign stapled to a tree on the entrance
Unauthorized parking will be towed.
What does that mean? (when I was personally authorized by a resident to park in his driveway) and titan felt it has the right to tow my car.
Wow. don't think you want that on your business records for the public to see.

Upon review of this customers complaint by way of pictures taken prior to the tow, it was determined that the tow was legal as you are not to park on the gravel next to the parking pad(driveway). The gravel area next to the parking pad is essentially the front yard of the home. The owners of the home are aware that this as this is against policies of the community which designates this tow as unauthorized parking. Unfortunately we will not be refunding any of the fees requested.
illegally towed without notice and broke my alarm on my truck and stolen truck which has no contact info who towed my truck the neighbor just knock on
my door and to let me know my truck was gone in 20mins. I parked on the red zone with my client permission i'm a Reator we just closed this house and I'm just trying to help them to moved so I use my pick truck to easy load I parked in front of their garage driveway and we're inside my truck was gone without notice without leaving their contact info of the towing company. so we asked our neighbor and gave us the guard cell no and we called and explained but no help or whatsoever so I called this Titan the manger his name rid or rick same answer that they can help me out so I went to pick up my truck with my client to explained still didn't listen and very rude to us and he throw the paper on me and he said pay them for 335.00 I have my receipt and the footage of my truck where it was parked for just 2mins because we are unloading my client usher and dryer and some heavy stuff...
tomorrow I will go the HOA and police station to file a complaint on this RIPPED OFF TITAN *** CO. well I hope they will stop ripping people off and the MANAGER very very unfriendly and very RUDE and don't want to negotiate to our complaint....
I hope you can investigate this my clients are willing to write a statement on what really happened and I hope this towing company will learn their lesson not to ripped off people in this city.

please help me to resolve this issues and I'm a Realtor and I hope this *** will learned how to deal with people and more friendly and provide best service and proper investigation and protocol and communicate properly not to discriminate anyone and not to ripped off people on their charges.... its only 13 miles and the my truck just parked only 30mins just to unload some heavy stuff helping my client who just moved... give me a break and charged 335.00 before you release my truck and my alarm is broken need to fix it they should fix my alarm is like they were really stealing my truck... cause when i went trying to arm my truck and when i open it was alarm is not making noise that alarm suppose to do i have to recheck it with my alarm system i will find out what they need on it.
We towed Mr. *** from the *** on 3/17/18 from a clearly marked Fire Lane. The vehicle was towed a minimum of 40 minutes after it was first seen parked illegally in the Fire Lane, the garage door was open but there were no signs of moving, loading, unloading, anything that would lead us to believe the car was anything but parked. We are contracted with the *** to monitor the property and remove any vehicle parked illegally in a Handicap or Fire Lane. In an email sent directly to Titan Towing on 3/19/18 at 2:43pm Mr. by his own admission, admits to making a mistake by not parking properly but he learned his lesson and asked us to extend our mercy, grace and help. Which we are not allowed to do per the law. Once a vehicle is towed we must charge what is on our tariff regulated by Nevada. I have interviewed our release clerk and it was Mr. who was the only person involved that was being rude and unreasonable. We followed all applicable laws set forth by the State of Nevada and charged accordingly to our tariff on file with the NTA.
As far as the signage is concerned, proper company tow signs are posted conspicuously at the entrances of *** with all the requirements set for by the State of Nevada including company phone number and law enforcement agency number per NRS 706.4477 section 1 subsection B. The fire lane signs throughout the rest of the property are not required to have the tow company information and they are serve as your warning/ knock at the door.
In regards to your claim that our release clerk was acting in a rude manor I have spoken to him and he claims he acted in a professional manor and handled the release as he has been trained to do.
