Titan Water Systems need to look at their business practices and the way they deal with their customersShowing up at a customer's property without making contact with the customer prior to showing upGiving nothing but excuses as to why it was doneNot responding to an e-mail in relation to the pump before comingSaying that there would not be much of a charge then sending an invoice months after the fact for more money than expectedFailing to pay an invoice that I sent when I paid my billNot bothering to pick up a letter I sent in October that I received back in DecemberThere was also no receipt sent for the payment that I paidHopefully no one else has had to put up with this nonsense

They are very knowledgeable, professional, thorough, quick and do not focus on up selling unnecessarily at the client's expense I would highly recommend Titan Water to anyone who is looking for help with their water system!
Our water stopped out of nowhere, with a house full of guests in 30+ degree heatTroy contacted me back almost immediately, and came to our home very quickly He was friendly (even answered the kids' questions about what he was doing!), fixed the mistake a previous company had made, and had our water back on in no time I would highly recommend Titan Water Systems! Completely impossible to get any after sales service! Troy from Titan Water Systems, made two appointments to service our RO systemHe never showed up for either appt and never even called to cancel, so left us sitting at home waiting for him When I followed up via text to see where he was, he wouldn't return or acknowledge messages Same problem a couple of years ago when the system leakedWe finally just fixed it ourselvesStay away from this company and individual!
