Recently we have received this letter from the department of Revdex.com.org regarding customer complaint , which is completely invalid as the customer is having trouble with his phone after breaking it again So our warranty policy is mentioned on our disclaimer which clearly tells that 'days warranty on parts installed by ifixscreens , warranty does not cover accidents/personal negligence or the act of godif the customer comes back with broken device so we are not responsible if he had some issues before it was broken , then yes we are responsible for that damage and we replace then screen for no costHave a look on the attachments please !!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved becausThe screen was lifting up just after it was repaired and I was told but it took me two weeks to get back to store and in the mean time it was dropped and you wanted to charge me more money to fix it I then brought it to [redacted] and they said it was not repaired correctly even if the screen cracked after the fact of the screen lifting WhY would [redacted] lie to me they have nothing to gain or loose from telling me the problem

warranty on parts installed by ifixscreens , warranty does not cover accidents/personal negligence or the act of god. if the customer comes back with broken device so we are not responsible . if he had some issues before it was broken , then yes we are responsible for that damage and we replace then screen for no cost. Have a look on the attachments please !!

when brought to [redacted] store they said the screen was installed wrong that's why it broke again no due to any accidental damage it was not properly repaired

As he/she mentioned the part was not installed the right way and thats why it broke is completely invalid. It broke because it fell. for the customer satisfaction we can offer her new screen at part cost only and no service charge because we can not put her broken screen as a warranty claim since she dropped and broke her phone.

The customer was accidentally called and he will never be contacted by our agents again as he has been permanently deleted from our system. We have explained to him what happened but apparently the explanation was not sufficiency.
