This is in response to your email dated March 21, 2016, concerning referenced complainant
*** Auto Insurance regrets the experience Mr*** has encountered with our local officeMost insurance companies will require an insured's signature when a request to cancel is submittedWe provided the email requests to *** as stated in the first response*** Insurance will not process the cancellation in email format and we apologize if this was not communicated clearly by the prior insurance agent to Mr***
We regret the inconvenience for Mr*** and can relate to his frustrationUpon receipt of the required signature for cancellation, we will forward to *** for processing

I am rejecting this response because: Had ms***, titan insurances former employee, done her job when I sent the e-mail to cancel my policy there would not be a question as to the e-mails original format.Now I am expected to do *** *** (*** *** ***)job to resolve this issue.No problem, I will provide the necessary documentation,at my time and expense to move forward.I should be use to the constant lack of customer service in dealing many companies that do not care to offer it.I will no longer use acceptance insurance or it's under writer kemper for any of my insurance coverages in the future and will tell any of my friends or family members to consider other companies for there insurance needs *** *** ***

Unfortunately the former agent, *** ***, is no longer employed with *** Insurance
However, agent John *** has stepped in to offer his assistance to Mr*** with his request to cancel the *** Insurance PolicyMr*** provided a copy the email he sent to Ms*** and upon receipt Mr*** did forward the email cancellation request to *** asking for the cancellation of the *** policy retro to 12/5/*** would not process the cancellation request from an email formatAt this point r*** explained that he would need to obtain an accord cancellation request signed by Mr***e along with either proof of replacement insurance coverage or to provide proof of DMV Non OpMr*** did not provide this information so we could request a revised cancellation date from ***
If Mr*** will provide the necessary documentat requested by *** we are sure this problem will be resolved.
