Good Morning ***,
In response to the complaint by Ms*** *** the following is what took place:
The closing from the sale of her property took place on 10/01/late in the
afternoonTitle Alliance should have wired the sellers funds on that FridayThis was MY error and I take full responsibility in this over look of not sending her funds outI did catch this on the October first thing in the morning as I was getting ready to call the agents and seller they called me firstI called the seller and apologized to the fullest extentEverything that she asked that I do that day I preceded and completed: overnighted a copy of all her closing documents and even sent a $gift card along for my errorShe stated that she had left a message for my Assistant Mandy and I asked her if she took a message from ***She stated that she did not but that is all I can go byI have apologized over and over again to the seller and I do feel that I have shown my sincere apology to Ms***Yes errors do happen but that is something that we strived very hard not to happenAll people make errors, but I am not trying to escape what I did
She did then asked for a copy of all the buyers signed documents which I did tell her that I could not disclose to her due to the Privacy Act

I accept that my business with this company is completeHowever I believe that some of the items in her response are liesFor example, Julie was the person who took my message about not having been paidThen she claims that she is the one who realized the error the next dayAlso, she did send me a $gift card not $
A company in the business hat they are in should be held accountable for getting the facts and numbers correct
I hope others are warned of the problems with this company
