I am receipt of your letter dated June referencing the above case numberI was instructed by [redacted] to forward the check for the rent back deposit and immediately sent the check to the mailing address providedI was contact by her realtor for a couple of weeks later and he informed me she had not receivedI let the realtor and the attorney know I would put a stop payment on the check and it would be ready for pick up in my office at their convenienceTo date, the check is still here in our office waiting to be picked up as this is what I was instructed to do by the agent and attorney

had not received. I let the realtor and the attorney know I would
put a stop payment on the check and it would be ready for pick up in my office
at their convenience. To date, the check is still here in our office waiting to
be picked up as this is what I was instructed to do by the agent and attorney.

Review: I did a rent back on my house and had to pay $500.00 to Title Alliance for escrow and, per my bank statement, the check was cashed. The signed contract stated the money would be returned 5 (five) days after I vacated the residence. I vacated by 6-7-2015 and all parties were notified. My real estate attorney as well as my real estate agent have advised Title Alliance and, to date, I have yet to receive the $500.00. Granted, there is nothing in the signed contract stating what, if anything, will transpire if the money is not returned within the 5 (five) day period and I did speak to my real estate agent ([redacted]) about this since the contract was signed in his office. To the best of my knowledge, both my attorney and real estate agent have contacted Title Alliance to no avail.Desired Settlement: I would like the refund of my $500.00.
