I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below - I did not receive a copy of the contract that outlined the terms for the one year, fully paid membership in which I signed- I did not receive any contact from Title Boxing Club Highland Heights prior to calls from [redacted] ***- Contract that I signed for the one year, fully paid membership (and didn't receive a copy of) I used a currently active credit card and have the credit card statement showing the purchase of the one year membership and can show that the card is still active and does not expire until May (see attachment)- Title knowingly made the decision to charge an expired credit card, which WAS NOT used for our contract- When I tried to contact Title over the phone - their system locks you out from being able to leave a voicemail or talk with a team member- I was then forced to try and make contact through a contact form on the site, as their email for specific clubs is not listed- When I did use the contact form, I never received a response- Only after traveling 2,miles to come in person did I receive any understanding how to resolve this issue, and still was not provided specifics as to why this happened or why I was not contactedTitle is negligent in not providing me a copy of my contract, of not telling me that still with a paid year membership that I was still responsible for cancelling my membership with days notice, of charging a credit card that I had not used in the signing of my most recent contract, and chose to charge a credit card that was expired leading me to have issues in paying on time (as I was completely unaware of charges and was not contacted) which then affected my creditTitle is negligent in not trying to contact me in seeing that I had a late payment before passing me off to a 3rd party debt collecting agencyTitle is negligent in not having a system in which people can contact them directly without going to a club in personTitle grossly mishandled my accountTitle did not attempt to contact me, did not provide any avenues as a consumer to contact them other than a contact form on their site (which they did not reply to) or by traveling 2,miles to handle in person.Title is responsible for the $because of their misconduct of my account with them.I want Title to remove their impact on my credit report and rectify their mistake.Title needs to amend their current business practices by notifying their members of an outstanding balance, rather than let it ruin their members' credit for months without their knowingThey need to ALWAYS provide an updated user agreement to all members regardless of having had a previous membership.Lastly, I would like to cancel my account with Title and warn others about how they currently run their business at the customer's risk and without ANY customer serviceMost likely, I am not the only person this has happened to and I would like to prevent it from happening to anyone else Regards, [redacted]

Customers sign paperwork indicating that their membership rolls into a 'month to month' status after the full year All we require is a thirty day notice Occasionally customers forget and then place the blame soley on the company instead of taking accountability There are no
refunds for 'I forgot', but we are always happy to stop billing when asked days in advance. Thank you

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
1 - I did not receive a copy of the contract that outlined the terms for the one year, fully paid membership in which I signed. 2 - I did not receive any contact from Title Boxing Club Highland Heights prior to calls from [redacted].3 - Contract that I signed for the one year, fully paid membership (and didn't receive a copy of) I used a currently active credit card and have the credit card statement showing the purchase of the one year membership and can show that the card is still active and does not expire until May 2020. (see attachment)4 - Title knowingly made the decision to charge an expired credit card, which WAS NOT used for our 2016 contract.5 - When I tried to contact Title over the phone - their system locks you out from being able to leave a voicemail or talk with a team member. 6 - I was then forced to try and make contact through a contact form on the site, as their email for specific clubs is not listed.7 - When I did use the contact form, I never received a response.8 - Only after traveling 2,000 miles to come in person did I receive any understanding how to resolve this issue, and still was not provided specifics as to why this happened or why I was not contacted. Title is negligent in not providing me a copy of my 2016 contract, of not telling me that still with a paid year membership that I was still responsible for cancelling my membership with 30 days notice, of charging a credit card that I had not used in the signing of my most recent contract, and chose to charge a credit card that was expired leading me to have issues in paying on time (as I was completely unaware of charges and was not contacted) which then affected my credit. Title is negligent in not trying to contact me in seeing that I had a late payment before passing me off to a 3rd party debt collecting agency. Title is negligent in not having a system in which people can contact them directly without going to a club in person. Title grossly mishandled my account. Title did not attempt to contact me, did not provide any avenues as a consumer to contact them other than a contact form on their site (which they did not reply to) or by traveling 2,000 miles to handle in person.Title is responsible for the $162.44 because of their misconduct of my account with them.I want Title to remove their impact on my credit report and rectify their mistake.Title needs to amend their current business practices by notifying their members of an outstanding balance, rather than let it ruin their members' credit for months without their knowing. They need to ALWAYS provide an updated user agreement to all members regardless of having had a previous membership.Lastly, I would like to cancel my account with Title and warn others about how they currently run their business at the customer's risk and without ANY customer service. Most likely, I am not the only person this has happened to and I would like to prevent it from happening to anyone else.
