Rodney Bryant is no longer the owner of TITLE Boxing Club Powell, ownership changed twice, most recently in October, TITLE Boxing Club has a day notice, in writing delivered in person to the club, for cancellationsThis was not done, therefore, the Membership was not canceled Unfortunately, not everyone is honest, hence the cancellation policyIf this had been completed, we would have charged the $cancellation fee and been doneWe cannot accept every person''s word that they 'called', e-mailed, mailed, etc.....in person is requiredWe have a cancellation policy and it is in place for EVERYONE's benefit

Customer has been contacted and her refund has been sent to her in the mailWe explained to her that the membership can not be refunded and it was on her contractHowever the owner went ahead and issued the refund to herPersonal training and memberships at any fitness gym is non refundable ( how

I am rejecting this response because: the business did not go bankruptIt still has the same name, address and employeesIt was presumably sold and therefore the new
owners inherited the assets as well as the liabilitiesIn my discussions with them, they assured me a refund would be forth comingHowever, that never happenedAn honorable business would not continue to accept payment for services that were never renderedThey continued receiving monthly fees directly from my bank without my knowledgeIt wasn't until I inquired with my bank that I realized what was going onIt is not my responsibility to contact the previous ownerIt is the responsibility of the new owner to refund me and seek reimbursement from the previous ownerThat's what a responsible business would do

There is still a balance of $that has not been issued to me I appreciate the amounts that were sumitted but the balance of $was suppose to be mailed to me by Rodney and to date I have never received it If Rodney would mail my remaining $this complaint would be resolved

Unfortunately, not everyone is honest, hence the cancellation policy. If this had been completed, we would have charged the $35.00 cancellation fee and been done. We cannot accept every person''s word that they 'called', e-mailed, mailed, etc.....in person is required. We have a cancellation policy and it is in place for EVERYONE's benefit.
