at no charge, as was offeredI'm extremely disappointed that the business did not address its coercive billing/collections practices, which essentially bullied me into payingWhen they finally responded to my official bank dispute of the charges (months later), I was forced to pay againThese matters were not addressed by the owner of the business in her responseI still feel cheated by this organization and would strongly caution others away from joining such a dishonest businessHowever, because I'm eager to put all of this behind me, I'm considering the matter closed
