Hello, my name is *** *** and I am the *** of Lemon Tree Cleaners. I have researched the details on the basis of this complaint and am responding with the facts of this transaction. When *** *** came in to drop off the garments, a ticket was printed showing the price of the cleaning at $per garment dry cleaned. There were a total of garments dropped off on Thursday, January 25, at 2:33pm and were ready for pickup the next day January 26, 2018. At no point, did any of our representatives quote "$- $per garment to be dry cleaned nor would he be able to find that price anywhere for a blouse to be dry cleaned in the Texas Hill Country. We have standard prices that are never discounted unless we are running a special and there were no specials at that time, nor were any quoted to ***. When *** returned to pick up the garments, he became very hostile and began hollering and cursing at our customer service representative when she gave him the price on the ticket to be paid. If *** did not like the price, he should have not left his order to be cleaned. He must not have paid attention to the ticket price when we gave him a copy at drop off. I have attached the tickets he was give at drop off and pickup. I do not feel he is owed any "refund" and am sorry he did not take the time to look at the ticket or ask exactly what the amount was going to be and our customer service representative would have quoted him the exact amount to the penny what the price would be. He treated our customer service representative very poorly and the hostility and cursing were not necessary as all of our employees treat each and every customer with a level of respect and humble service. I also wish to change the name of the employee to [redacted], the employee who claimed that she was the [redacted] and essentially there was no one above when my friend asked for a resolution. [redacted] was the actual [redacted] I attempted to contact but reached [redacted] instead.This is what I wish...

the actual complaint to be.ID [redacted]This is a complaint in regards to the misrepresentation of the business' pricing. When I arrived at the cleaners a week before this complaint, I was notified that blouses and shirts would typically cost in the 2 to 3 dollar range. The bill that was received ended up being around $34 for five shirts. When my friend, who was the customer questioned the pricing, they justified the price jump was due to its material and because they were women's blouses compared to men's. She blamed customer ignorance rather than trying to at least find a compromise. When I retorted that I was actually there to hear the pricing, she still kept her answer the same. When I was frustrated, the employee who went by the name and called herself a [redacted], [redacted], ended the call abruptly and she had a bad attitude from the start of the phone call when I attempted to explain what I was complaining about. The request for a refund (partial at least), or at least an apology for the service provided, was never given.

Your store didn't earn that one star avg. for nothing.
