Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Look are was fixed yrs ago when my son did that I can also have the after hours guy call you also because the cash places called him to fix it also he said he member making keys for this car two years ago I also have text mess save from kivin that he think someone tryed to take my car I payed to get it back the company that Rep the car also towing place know it was not like that when they took the car you can call [redacted] at [redacted] she will tell you anything else you need to know about the car was driving into the water pump went out I got my son a new car anyways but this company and its employees are a lie and wrong I was only giving back buck for the cost of the keys problem I also put out to reset the car so if you payed me show me proof for the payment where is the check sing bye me that I so called got your company broke the car other people need to know what they are doing how they are talking to others this place is not a good place they take from you and break your car and say they don't know [redacted] need to be fired she allowed this happen my son is upset but they just keep lie so show me the cheek you gave me and your proof it was crashed they can't because they know it's a lie ask them to find the check given to me Regards, [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered]

Hi sorry to ask but can I reopen my clame I payed the to get my car back when I went to get the car to day the engine switch was gone so u can't put the key to start the car now I have been talking with kiven to make it right he have done that but now I can't just take the car and go now he saying he will cute me a cheek for bucks but than say the macanic say it will be to fix it it's not right they Rep the car they are to keep it safe now Ms *** say the car was like that and it was not my son was driving the car before water pump went out I have people that can say it was not like that even the towing place know that but ain't going to say it I need help agindo I start over to get help or can u help me thanksYes I psyed the to get back my car should have check the car before I played them but when I want to get the car the ignition switch was gone I asked what happened with the car *** said she does not know I told kiven I would get it my self why they do that so our new ingtion switch now need to be reprimand and can't my car is to old

Date Sent: 1/22/10:20:PMComplaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:Regards,*** ***OK I took out the loan on my first car and than refinances the loan with the Toyota in when I did that I payed off the first account in order to refinance agian now I have talked to this guys yes but its not right I had a lawyer look at the loan agreement and they said to give back my car and companion for the lost of my job and my home no car to get to work now they are saying that give him and be done and that the first loan was never payed that's how both my car are on there but I have the paperwork saying I did the contract say I did you can't get a new loan without paying the other one now for buck you are saying that I put up both cars for bucks wow I told the lawyer this they say it's not right report them to the arttyeny geral office so I'm doing that also there because the man said he took my car because I was short buck for a payment made in July even know I was paying and just payed on novthey took my car on the Nov and say I owe them for this they have had my car also wants come take the broken car also I don't get it I feel like I was robbed and payed all this money to be told well you didn't pay but we gave you more money I was told my rights bye a lawyer and this ain't right why she saying report them and they will get back with me and to the bottom of it he is not just saying I'm have to lose the car pay you but first loan was payment and had left refinance and got that made it payment I believe but I don't get how I was paying them and they still take my car so if I was day late lke the say why did they wait to Nov to take my car and my money point is they took my car for bucks even know I was paying days behind only when my brother passed away they know that said it was fine for it to not be fine and car taken for bucks really now you have Hobbs office calling me asking for cash I went there that places have over cars there she is talking please look into it right I don't think it right lawyer also thanks please fix this right I don't want call the arttyeny geral office and send papers please get this right think how I feel mouth payment and than told no tittle back yet pay another and than still nothing but you take my car

[redacted] I am rejecting that beacues that not right I have 4 payment that are made I payed on the 6 18 15 and in 8 27 15 and on 10-1 15  11-3-15 the payment in june that was a payment lack of 53 dollers for jun is 60 days late they didnt tell me that into I got my car takin I have the call recored with the [redacted] telling me I was 53 late for june and they have no payment for 9/15 I sent proff of that to the title cash also the owner I also had a death in the family in june when I payed the payment I let them know I was leaving town she said I would be a month behind when I pay in to I get cought up so if I payed 11 3 15 and was not due in to 11 25 how can they take my car if I made a paymeny on 11 3 15 I have copy of the recites thanks for you time I can play the call if you need [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the response. The $250 was paid and was a $100 check for the switch and $150 for the towing of vehicle back to Ms [redacted] house. This was paid by my company before I got the information from agent who picked up the unit. The agent states it was damaged and both her parents said it was broken down since her kid tried to steal it. So I am under the impression it was damaged prior to us repossessing the vehicle and have went above and beyond to satisfy Ms [redacted].  Thank you
