Recently moved and needed a new supplier for ostomy supplies. A month and a half later I finally received a handful of supplies. I didn't even get all the required pieces for a single ostomy change! My doctor is also upset as this company has been very difficult to communicate with. One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a medical supply company.

I have been renting my bipap machine from Keene Medical for almost 2 years. I find the staff and technicians very friendly. However, I find their billing practices extremely questionable. For the amount of money that I have already paid (and this is after the extremely high cost after the insurance has paid their portion), I could have already paid for about half the cost of the new machine myself. Plus, the billing department charges late fees because they don't bill me until after they receive the insurance adjustment (which sometimes takes over 30 days). They then just send me a lump bill so I have no idea what they are billing me for and I can't check it against my insurance adjustment paperwork to ensure I am not being overbilled (even though I have asked repeatedly that they itemize my bills). I find this extremely shady and underhanded. I will soon be cancelling my business with them and taking it elsewhere.
