I recently utilized this company in order to transfer title on property I was very disappointed in their service Communications were poor (unanswered emails and voice messages) and serial excuses were made, delaying the close of Escrow far beyond the expected - days This process was frustrating and difficult As long as Escrow was delayed I continued to be responsible for taxes and liability on land that had already been sold I should value my relationship with my escrow officer and I do expect timely, responsive interactions This just did not happen I found Title Guarantee to be unprofessional

Communications were poor (unanswered emails and voice messages) and serial excuses were made, delaying the close of Escrow far beyond the expected 30 - 45 days. This process was frustrating and difficult. As long as Escrow was delayed I continued to be responsible for taxes and liability on land that had already been sold. I should value my relationship with my escrow officer and I do expect timely, responsive interactions. This just did not happen. I found Title Guarantee to be unprofessional.
