Title, Inc.

I recently did bussiness with Title Inc. with a refinance I did on my home in april 2015. after the papers were signed and the refinance was complete about a week later I recievd a letter with a check for 643.35$ from title inc made out to IDS property casualty ins and a letter attached stating that I need to attach this check to my most recent statement and simply send them to applicable creditor ect. I was confused as to who to send this check to or who I was for as I dont know who ids property casualty ins is and wanted to make sure it got to the right person . The kletter I got from title inc stated that if I had any questions dont hesitiate to call so thats what I did to ensure I got this check to appropriate party. My letter was signed [redacted] Vice president . When I called Title Inc I got a choice to pick from ext so I picked Mr [redacted] ext since he signed my letter > Mr [redacted] answered and a very unpleasant ,condicending ,unknowledgeable conversation ensued. The conversation started off with a simply question of me stating I was confused as to who I needed to send this too and wanted to make sure right party got it. Mr [redacted] vie president of Title inc told me he would have no idea in a very rude and condicending tone and informed me that it could be a credit card for all he knows and informed me thats a question I should have asked when signing the papers and that all they know is that HUd wanted them to attach that to settlement letter or agreement or something along those lines then proceeded with telling me thats a question we should have asked at time of the refi . This is the most absurd and unprofesional response to a recent customers inquiiry as Title inc was the issuer of the check and the letter stated that if I had any questions to not hesitate to call>What kind of Vice president of a company feels it is ok to talk to someone like this that just had a simple inquiry?? Its laughable that they woulod state to keep them in mind for future real estate needs. Mr. [redacted] was the rudest most condisending person I have ever dealt with and he should not be Vice president of any company and Tilte inc should be ashamed that he is a leader of this company. I would never recommend this Titla agency to anyone ever.
