I want to personally apologize to all parties involved if our Title One Cincinnati staff were unprofessional and rude to any party involved on this transaction.We take pride in giving great service to our clients so this complaint was very disturbing to me.I have reviewed this file and in looking at
the seller's closing disclosure, I do not see a $overnight fee charged to the seller on this transaction.I do see a $fee to wire the sellers proceeds to them and a fee to *** *** for the preparation of the power of attorney and a fee to the Hamilton County Recorder to record the power of attorney.We would have gladly authorize the reimbursement fee of $immediately, but I do not see that fee.If we have written authorization from the seller, we would release his closing disclosure to you for review, but due to privacy issues, we would require an authorization from the seller.If you need any additional information, please feel free to contact me. transaction we are a party to.   There was a clerical error on the original preliminary closing statement.  When clerical error was corrected, complainant owed buyer $395 more than was originally disclosed.  Transaction was closed in accordance with the terms of the purchase contract.  Complainant was legally responsible to pay money to the buyer based on the terms of the signed purchase contract provided to our company by complainant.   With the seller and buyer consent, I would be happy to provide a copy of the purchase contract with the seller’s signature showing our position.
