The office staff at TitleOne is adequate and informativeHowever, their maintenance team has been incredibly difficultWe've contacted their team for a handful of repairs from a broken refrigerator to a non-cooling air conditioner to a leaky toilet, and on average, it has taken at least weeks of follow up calls/messages on our side to get the maintenance team to respond and schedule an appointmentThen it takes another 2-weeks to have the repair completed If we paid our rent late or were abusing the property, I could understand their reluctance in performing repairsBut this is not the case, and our rent was day late the first month we moved in because we did not realize there was no grace periodRent is due by 5pm of the 1st day of the month or there is a $late feeBut since that time, we have consistently paid on time or early and have nothing but poor service from TitleOne

Yes [redacted] is leasing a home in my neighborhood my husband past Aug 15th so I was looking to move so me and my kids did application the fee was each person ask me when I needed the home I said by the 1st of Sept did every thing never heard a word again from him and watching all others come look at the home he dose the same thing with them and the home is still empty but him still is collecting application fees from everyone it's a scam it's wrong it's not right

We leased from this firm for monthsOur lease payments were never late The owner MrG [redacted] and Christian A [redacted] were great to work with We have nothing but respect for both of these peopleI cannot write the same about the other folks in this office that we dealt withI am sure these folks will eventually be finding other employment as a good business owner will discover who is doing what and when We do not know everyone at this firm, but if you need repairs forget about anyone else as they close work request without even attempting a repair We had major storm damaged to the back deck of the home and it took months to get it repaired enough to useThis repair was only one of many that took months and even over a year to be attempted It appears the repairs were not made because of a bad property owner, horrible contractors, handymen and a extremely poor office coordinator We feel the same pain as MrG [redacted] when it comes to skilled workers and dependabilityhowever we relocated because we were completely finished with the repairs not being made for months and months and the new lease was being raise again Business is a two way street MrG [redacted] and Christian A [redacted] are honest folks and they have returned our deposit in fullWe wish those two folks much success

I feel we are were taken advantage of big time! We left the home better than it was prior to move in, we never complained, we paid early every month and upon move out we were charged almost $to have carpets cleaned that needed to just be replaced prior to us even moving on, to have the walls painted in which it appeared a child painted them prior to us renting with all the streaks and feathering on the walls, so no matter what that should NOT be our responsibility to pay at a home we are not vested in and also we did not realize that the dishwasher needed a spring (I just simply thought it was an older dishwasher and opened heavy) so $for that seemed excessive! We were hoping to have a good working relationship and have been nothing but great tenants and wound up getting taken total advantage of! As it is we had to pay $1,for days rent for September
We felt we deserved our FULL refund, but in lieu of a few things that I overlooked such as the carpets

I've been a tenant at a house that Title One Management manages for less than a year now, and not once has anything been done right the first time First and foremost, it seems like every time I contact them about a problem, it takes MONTHS to get resolved--if it ever gets resolved that is We have to talk to several people and repeat our issues before any action is taken on their part In most cases, our issues are NOT resolved
For example, I have contacted Title One Management since July 'about obtaining key fobs, which should have been provided to us the day we moved in This case has been passed off to at least people, and we still do not have our fobs Every time that somebody new takes on this case, Title One says the previous person "is no longer with (the company)." This is not the only case where we've been left hanging and been passed on from person to person I currently do not have a properly functioning washing machine or stove, which I have contacted them ab
