Title Resource Group, LLC (“TRG”) appreciates the opportunity to respond to its customer’s complaint, which appears to relate to a transaction with *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** (“TRGSS”)The first matter raised by the customer relates to the transmission of funds
TRGSS has reviewed the file at issue and has determined that, despite the customer’s position, TRGSS correctly followed the instructions set forth in the loan payoff documentation, a course of action it was obligated to followThe second matter raised by the customer relates to interest paid on the loan at issueBased upon TRGSS’s review of the file at issue, it appears that any interest charges incurred by the customer were appropriateTRGSS is disappointed that the customer does not feel that he had a more positive customer service experience with TRGSSHowever, based upon its review, TRGSS believes that it acted appropriately with regard to the transaction at issue

I am rejecting this response because:
we do not agree with the fact that the money was to be sent via *** when they got TWO instructions to wire transfer it and to the owner and NOT to his attorneyPlus the fact that we had numerous pay off amounts, some of which were changed as we signed the documents with the notary

This is our response to the “additional comments from Consumer” in this matter:   “Title Resource Group Settlement Services, LLC (“TRGSS”) has reviewed the additional comments from its customer concerning his complaint.  Again, TRGSS is disappointed that the customer does not feel that he had a more positive customer service experience with TRGSS.  However, the customer is not entitled to any refund and TRGSS stands by the position set forth in its original response.”   I would appreciate if you would confirm receipt of this message. Thanks,

Review: Problems and delays in closing refinancing package. Starting in Oct. 2014 and not completed until Feb. 20, 2015. Mr. [redacted] continued to send us different closing statements and amounts required to close that were incorrect. When we sent wire instructions to close on two different occasions, one a week before the close, he sent the closing funds by [redacted] to the incorrect address. rather than following the wire instructions. This caused us to pay additional interest. He also originally stated we had to include interest on the mortgage we are paying off until the end of the month in our wired funds, in addition to paying interest on the new funds from the date of funding Feb. 20, 2015. If we were not financially oriented we would have been charged double interest for that period. I paid $ 460 for this service. Payment was made by wire transfer for the total closing costs on February 19, 2015. On Feb 24, 2015 I contacted [redacted], [redacted] and explained that the service was unsatisfactory. Closing was delayed because of Mr. [redacted] not furnishing correct figures to wire transfer funds for the closing. Also he did not follow wire instructions to disburse payoff funds from the close.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a full refund from Title Resource Group for the full cost of $ 460.
