Tittle Brothers Construction has contacted this homeowner and started demo on the garage we built them on Tuesday, August 2ndWhen we originally built the garage the customer called us after it was completed to state that it was not built tall enough per their contractThey had stated that they were fine and we came up with an arrangement so we would not have to completely tear off the roofThe customer has since decided they want us to change the full roof and we have agreedThis entire project should be completed by mid AugustWe have torn off roof and will have our carpenter there Wednesday and Thursday to replaceOur roofers and siders will be over quickly after and then we will schedule our city inspection

After the rain storm on September 20th [redacted] roof started leakingShe called our office times the next day to let us know it was leaking and all times we told her we wrote her service down and we would take care of itWednesday 23rd we had a crew go out to access the leak and see what they could fix or what needed to be doneShe was not home at the timeIt rained the following week and our fix from the week before did not work so she called again on Monday 28th {again calling multiple times within the day demanding someone to be there instantly}We scheduled our service crew out to her house first stop {between 9-10am} Wednesday September 30th to again try fixing the leakThe gentleman were there as scheduled walked the roof, fixed a few nail pops that had occurred, changed the flashing on her chimney and caulked a few areasIf her roof leaks again we will be there againShe has a year warranty with our company and we have stood behind that warrantyWe are at her house within hours of her call every time she calls usShe has called our company times but the majority of those are in the same day within hours of each other

We have been going back and forth with the City of [redacted] Building department for this jobWe have met the inspector on site twice already and have a meeting with him on Thursday, August 11th at 9:am to hopefully finish and pass our final inspection once and for allI have my roofing crew scheduled to be there with extra shingles in case the inspector asks us to tear up any areas he is not pleased withI assure the roof was put on properly and will pass any GAF certified inspectionIt is not necessary for every roof to have two rolls ice and water shield on their home and [redacted] contract specifically says 6' at Eaves and Valleys and 3' at flashing walls and chimneysWith that being said whatever the inspector asks us to do we will always complete for them and are ready and willing to make any changes he says are neededWe did not pressure anyone into paying we simply asked for the check upon completion and were provided with it and I assure you we did not "take advantage of senior citizens" or "rip anyone off"We have responded every time we have received a call and have gone out to the property to meet the inspector

Tittle Brothers Construction completed the roof on May 7thWe never received one phone call from the customer explaining that her roof was leaking and wanting us to come out and fixAs soon as she had a problem she immediately went to a different company trying to fix the issuesWhen we finally did get a call from her stating she wanted her money back to pay another roofer we told her no that we would come out and service our own workWe went out to her house on December 29th, and fixed all problems she was havingShe is very happy and said she will call us from now on with any problems

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:First of all, the thirteen calls that I had made to the Tittle brothers company took place over a period of two weeks; not a single one of them was returned by the company I can offer you my phone records to prove thatIncidentally, this assertion is a perfect illustration of deceptive practices utilized by this company.I cannot dispute their claim that somebody tried to fix the roof when I was not home, but unfortunately the roof has never been fixed and continues leaking the same way, if not worse, as it did the first time I called the Tittle brothers company Can you please convince them to fulfill their obligation to fix it.Frankly, I am rather surprised and disappointed that this company is still carrying the A+ rating Would you please reassess their rating too Regards, [redacted]

We have been to [redacted] residence multiple ***es to fix his leak issueWe have sent many different crews to see what can be done to fix it and have gone out on dates {12/31/15, 1/15/16, 2/12/and 5/6/16}We received another phone call from [redacted] at the beginning of July and we sent a different sider, ***, out to fix the issueOn July 18th he was on [redacted] property and he rewrapped the window in the leaking area, rewrapped the door in leaking area, repaired flashcards, took down 2ft of siding, caulk six windows and fixed the siding on the back of the houseWe are almost positive all of issues are fixed and he should not experience any further leakingEverytime [redacted] called our office we have arrived to troubleshoot the leaking area and see what we can do to fix it
