To whom this may concern: Thank you for taking the time to read this letter I greatly appreciate it Let me just start by saying I reside in the Seattle area My parents purchased their tivos through [redacted] at the Auburn, WA location At first tivo sounded great I'm beginning to think their not so great My parents have been long term fans of tivo However my parents may consider dropping it after their contract is up They have their connectivity issues, you get an "extra box" of an eye sore to look at and it only works with live tv My parents think their great but he may not be a long term customer I'm definitely disappointed with my tivo experience Here's my experience: I would not recommend tivo as all they want is your money They didn't fully explain the contract to me Continued to charge my credit card even after trying to cancel it within the first couple of months Charged me the $cancellation fee even after telling them to cancel it on month one In
