Greetings, Valued Resident! We sincerely appreciate your tenancy and wish you luck on your new adventures! We’re sorry that you have complaints with the exterior maintenanceOur maintenance technicians make it a priority to pick up the grounds every morning and to report back any structural issues, excessive trash, downed trees, etcso that those items can be addressed as quickly as possible Our hallway lights are upgrading and transitioning to LED fixtures to provide more energy efficient and brighter lighting! We do our best to maintain them while this transition is occurring, however, to our knowledge and current work order status, all lights are operational The office has not observed, nor are aware of any broken stairs on the premises The downed tree in the East parking lot has already been scheduled for proper removal by our third party landscaping companyIt is not blocking any parking spots, and will be removed soon! The inoperable washers and dryers were contracted out by a third party appliance company and have already been repaired We appreciate you voicing your concernsWe are anxious to address any service requests that you may have when addressed directly to the office Thank you for being a part of our community for nearly two years!
