Review: Hi, On May ** I contacted eBay seller primesourcediamondsny about purchase of "2.16ct. ROUND cut F color VS1 clarity EGL-INTL certified TRIPLE-EXCELLENTdiamond" eBay item number [redacted]. Seller [redacted] (phone ###-###-####) recommended me to pay for the diamond outside eBay using bank-wire transfer, so the price could be $465 lower than listed on eBay. I wire transferred $14,700 to address provided by [redacted] on May **, 2013 to: Cross County Federal Bank[redacted] Routing Number: [redacted] Account Number:[redacted] Account Name: Tivoli Diamonds Also, Tivoli Diamonds charged $75 from my credit card (4 last digits [redacted]) for shipping of this diamond. Shipment came from Texas with right certificate and wrong diamond that didn't match certificate specs. I called [redacted] and explained the situation. He told me to send diamond back to Texas' address from the shipment box. I sent it back on May **, 2013. I asked several times to return my money, but [redacted] don't answer on my messages. My expenses for this forgery diamond: $14700 - wire transfer $67 - wire transfer fee $75 - shipment to me $143.56 - shipment back to Texas Total: $14,985.56 Please advise what I could do in order to get my money back. For your records, Tivoli Jewelers is not the same entity as Tivoli Diamonds. We have not record of any sale to your customer. If you would ask the customer to provide you a receipt I believe you can clear up any confusion.
