booked his reservation through an online travel agent called [redacted].  When anyone books through these 3rd parties there is nothing I can do to get them a refund because they did not book the reservation directly through the hotel.  Secondly I knew that he was inside the 30 day cancelation policy that even the 3rd party booking engines have to comply with. He called me 5 days before his arrival date. Again, there was nothing that can be done even with him speaking to [redacted] because he was within the 30 day cancelation policy.
