TJ & A Masonry & Rock Work

Review: Recently had some masonry work done. The rock put in is already chipping apart...he bought scrap material (rock) and I will have to have it redone. I have already paid for his work and I am very disappointed. The rock is cracking and cement is coming up.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund (I paid $1900 including materials...I would like $1500 back) because I will have to pay someone else to redo what they did. It has been less than 2 months and it hasn't lasted...the work was completed on May 29. I called and he said he would get more rock and redo the job and now he will not answer my calls...he has not come to redo the job and it has been at least two weeks since he promised he would come and redo the rock work.
