We have reviewed ***'s concern, along with the official contest rules and promotional packagingWe confirm the contest end date is clearly displayed on the outside of the packagingWe confirm that the contest rules specify the last date to claim the winning contest ticket
Our investigation has been concluded and our file closedWhile we are unable to award *** with the cash prize from the contest, we have offered *** an alternative gift in a gesture of goodwill*** has accepted this gift and his complaint has been resolved

they had the product left on the shelf for sale after the contest end datethey confirmed to me that it should have been removed by the distributor and by the retailer but it was not removed and it was available for purchase so it should have been honoredI did not accept their offer *** as acceptance of the winning voucherI told their rep to send it if they wanted toI offered to take vouchers or product rather than the cash prize as well***
