I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory.  After speaking with Steve [redacted], the owner of US Auto Connection, on several occasions, it is obvious that he takes pride in his business and the work produced by his staff.  The repairs to my vehicle that necessitated my Revdex.com complaint appear to be a one-off situation, a perfect storm so to speak.  Steve has been very amenable to rectifying the repair issues, even allowing me to use another shop.  I appreciate his professionalism and courtesy that he extended to me.

have contacted the customer and she is taking the vehicle to a shop of her choice.  We contacted the shop of her choice to inform them that we would be paying for the repairs.  This is the first time that we have had this issue and we do not want this to happen again.Steve [redacted]US Auto Connection713-802-1168
