I paid this company $125 to put my lights up for Christmas in October. They did this successfully. I have called several times (7 times) to get them to come take the lights down. I have left messages, sent text messages. No one has answered. No one told me whether they would charge me or not to take down. Now I will have to find someone else to take them down.
I was paid to put the lights up, which I did. I was not paid to take the lights down, therefore there is nothing I need to do.
